When I opened the briefs I thought they were too flimsy to do any good I was totally wrong. Very supportive and comfortable to wear and give a much flatter shape than other shareware. I love them and feel confident wearing them

I had an issue with my order. (One of the items that I received was different than what I ordered.) I contacted customer service and Emma helped me out and sent the correct item. :)

I purchased a smaller size but when I contacted customer service they were very nice and once they understood they are sending me one in the size with agreed I needed.

I love this product! I have been wearing them for 2 weeks and have noticed a difference. I ordered 2 pair and when they arrived one was the wrong color. The customer service I received was excellent! They were helpful, quick to respond and sent me out the correct color!

This business is a scam. They put in bold on their site that its a 30 day money back guarantee, risk free, easy returns. However if you try it and try to return it or get your money back, they will send you the fine print that states they dont accept returns or give refunds. The initial offer was a different size or 30% back. If they happen to accept a return it is a $50 flat rate in their fine print, as a heads up to anyone considering it.

Offered 50% back. I declined and disputed the charge with my bank, providing numerous screenshots from their site saying money back is guaranteed and theres no fine print (which is a lie, there is definitely fine print). Once they found out i was disputing it I got an email that said I received a full refund. I have indeed received a full refund. It did take a notification of a bank dispute and a lot of time communicating back and forth with them to get here.

Also, they send an email to buyers that say if they leave a 5 star review, they will get a $10 off coupon and entered into a raffle for a care package.

I will say their communication is superb. They have responded to every email in length in a way that appears they have actually read what I've sent. So if you do have an issue, their customer service will help you!

It does take a little longer than usual to receive my order.
But, so far, I do like the briefs.

These fit well around and are comfortable, but they aren't quite tall enough and don't cover my tummy and they roll down. They also don't breathe well. I think I'll just use them for dressing up, not for everyday.

Comfortable, cute colors and really feels good on my stomach. Only worn for a few days since I just received them but so far I am quite satisfied

I am 10 months post-partum and had a bad c-section shelf and a neat 5 month pregnant looking belly despite major weight loss and exercise effort. I don't know if I have DR. I decided to try these pants even though I was skeptical and found their advertising seemed too good to be true.
I decided to give it a month and I followed all of their tips that they send you when you purchase. The major one for me was I was doing complex/difficult ab workouts including planks (forearm, full arm, bear and side) and simplified it to their 5 easy exercises. This felt so counterintuitive and worried me to be honest. But I stuck with it and did their 5 exercises every other day.
Within a week my stomach was smaller. Now, after several weeks I can fit into almost all of my wardrobe again. The pants themselves don't look anything particularly special but they are terrific shaping/smoothing underwear. I had an issue with sizing which was sorted by Emma straight away.
So my advice is: don't be cynical and give these a try but certainly read all their guidance carefully because the exercise element appears to have been key for me.

Excited to Try This Product!

I was super excited to try this product; I've been fighting the mom-bulge for 9 years now. Unfortunately, the order I received didn't fit, but the customer service person was so fast and responsive in getting me the right product. I feel really good about it.

The pants arrived quickly.
They fit well under clothes and make me feel comfortable.
I have been wearing them every day through our recent heatwave and they haven't been uncomfortable in the heat.
I'm looking forward to seeing how they help. I had a C Section 3 years ago.

It’s been just 10 days using it . I also measured my size and send it but it was not the same size it became tight and it doesn’t fit and it roll down.

Accidentally ordered 2 orders. It was quickly resolved and handled not only professionally and quickly but with care !!! Def recommend the brand !!!

Absolutely terrible product. I followed their sizing chart exactly and measured myself carefully before ordering, yet these are ridiculously small, tight, and uncomfortable. The sizing is completely off.

And despite how they advertise them, there is virtually no compression or support. They immediately roll down and will not stay in place, making them completely useless for the purpose they’re supposed to serve. The quality also feels extremely cheap and poorly made.

What makes it even worse is the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. In my experience, that guarantee is not actually honored, which is incredibly frustrating after spending money on a product that doesn’t work.

I would not recommend these at all. Don’t waste your money.

I bought these more as a back support for chronic pain and I’ve worn it one day and I feel a lot of relief. They don’t roll down and keep my core tight so my back is aligned and this decreases the pain.

False advertising and scamming customers.

The product is not as advertised and isn't eligible for returns, even though the site says there's a zero risk, 30-day money back guarantee.

The item is described to not roll down due to ribbing supports and silicon gripping. Neither silicon grips nor ribbing are on this product. It rolled down IMMEDIATELY after I put it on.

It's advertised ON THEIR SITE right where you order to have zero risk money back guarantee. But you have to click their return policy to see the truth. They don't accept returns on their shapewear once it's left. They say they can't return anything taken out of its packaging with tags and hygiene liners removed. The product comes in zippered pouches with no tags and no hygiene liners. Furthermore, they state that if you do choose to return unworn product for a PARTIAL refund that it's on you, as the customer, to pay a flat $50 shipping.

DON'T FALL FOR IT. This business should be shut down and the owners should be locked up. This is such a dirty scam to play on vulnerable women just looking for normalcy post-partum.
