Very good customer service

Order a rug.
No more information given except the it's on the way bs.
A few emails later,nothing.
10 days later an email it's out of stock, have a FULL refund like your doing me a favour.
Avoid this person/seller(haha).
he is full of it.

If I could leave zero or minus stars I would. Ordered a rug end of December (30.12.23). No email with update for delivery or any contact at all despite advertising delivery within 5 working days. After reading the reviews on Trustpilot (which I obviously should have done before!) I decided to contact the company to see what was happening on 11 Jan. I emailed asking for an update and threatened to cancel if I received no reply. Miraculously I received an almost immediate reply informing me that the item was now out of stock and on back order. Offered replacement that was in stock or smaller version, both of which were not what we wanted so replied asking for full refund. This was met with silence - no acknowledgement, no update. Today (10 Feb) I finally received an email informing me my order had been cancelled and that a refund would be issued. I have already claimed via my bank. Dreadful communication and company. Avoid at all cost.

Great selection of rugs including a few designer brands i had seen in Heals.
I must commend their customer service team for their professionalism and responsiveness. I had a question about caring for my new rug, and they were quick to provide helpful advice and guidance.
Will definitely be purchasing from Scandi Home again and will be telling all my friends and family to do the same.

Worst customer service ever! I have been to contact them multiple times through the chat and email to ask about the status of my order and I got no response. As a tracking number I was given the phrase "itemduethursday" and I had to download an application that was supposed to help me track the item but I need more information on that.

Ordered rug week before Christmas, as a gift. It arrived 1st February.

I emailed Scandi Home for expected delivery when rug didn't arrive for Christmas and again in January. I had no response from Scandi Home.

No customer service at all

Bought a rug off Scandi Home, nice product, delivery was fine, price wasn’t too bad.

Nice items. Very well packed. Good value. But I had to chase for my second item to be sent out. I think had been forgotten about. Communication could be better.

Great price, delivered in 4 working days. I forgot to add the January sale discount code on check out. I emailed and James responded promptly and confirmed a refund of the discount amount...will use this company again.

Delayed delivery due to Evri. But the runner is good quality 👍

A good website with a nice selection of rugs in varying sizes and colours to suit your requirements. Reasonably auxin delivery too. Happy with our selection.

I have to say after reading some reviews I was surprised how soon my rug arrived. Great quality great service I would highly recommend Scandi and would definitely use them again!

Website easy to navigate. Quick response and delivery. The rug is exactly what I needed to brighten up my lounge. I love it.

Having read other reviews before I ordered I saw my rug was in stock before I ordered. It didn't come in the timescale and sure enough it was actually out of stock. James was very helpful and I switched to the same rug in a larger size that was in stock. That has arrived within a few days and it actually suits the room better than a smaller rug would have. The site isn't a scam but there are things that could be improved upon to make for a better customer experience so bear this in mind before you order.

Excellent Customer Service and very good quality product at the excellent price.

Emailed prior to ordering for advice on the colour and received a response within the hour. I ordered the same day later and received my rug 3-day later. Rug came well packaged on the correct day. The item was much cheaper on Scandi Home than elsewhere. Its certainly worth shopping around and i'll be recommending Scandi Home to my friends.

I had never heard of this company before I was searching for a specific rug I wanted.
They advertised a price match and better by £10. I used the contact form and almost instantly I received a response honouring the deal. I was asked if I wished to purchase and then a revised invoice emailed fo me.
Super smooth and efficient service.

The only poor thing was - be mindful if they show the item you want in stock. I was looking to buy two sizes of the same rug I was told via email one was in and ready, one would be end of January, maybe beginning of Feb. Please put this on the website and be open and honest.

I ordered the rug that was in stock. Delivery wasn’t super fast, but I was kept well informed and updated.

The quality of the rug I received was excellent. Well packed and wrapped.

Overall this is an organised well run business. Absolutely legitimate, and good competitive pricing, more so with the price match which is obtainable (unlike some that offer it). I will definitely purchase from them again, -
Just let customers know on the website if items are out of stock. That’s where the 5th star was lost :(
