Pretty good process super easy and I love the scents and how descriptive each scent page is

Have been trying to return an item but the company said my return is approved but in process of being reviewed. They claim they will send a free return label but all the attempts to have the return label sent go unanswered. I would send the package back myself for the credit but have no idea where to send it to. Customer service seems non existant. I will not buy from them again.

Placed an order and did not receive. They refused to refund or resend. Will not be recommending or ordering from them ever.

I placed items in my cart that were listed as FREE SHIPPING but yet when I tried to check out, I was going to be charged $7.95. I sent an email to their SUPPORT on 11/29/24 and received a reply that I was correct and that they would get a solution. A day went by and I replied to their email asking for an update. Two days later I receive a reply that they are a small group but my case would be escalated. Here it is 12/04/24 and no more replies. Of course the weekend sale is over and the item is $10 more. I understand that sometimes there are glitzes but something should have been done in 5 days.

Great site for finding that perfect fragrance. I love that you can get samples for such a great price. I’ve discovered so many lovely scents. They ship rather quickly too. I’ve never had a problem; and I’ve shopped them for years. Scent Beauty is definitely my go to.

Easy process to find and order. Would have given 5 stars, but had to order second choice. First choice was out of stock.

I sent back an item almost two weeks ago. My refund hasn’t been initiated. Nobody has emailed me back. Is this a scam…

I accidentally ordered the same product twice (2 separate purchases) but they were PRESALE so they weren’t even ready to be shipped. I emailed them to ask them to cancel. No response after a week. I called and asked the agent if anyone actually replies to people and she said she DIDN’T KNOW. She said she would take a message for me because they outsource their customer service. A week later, no response and I ended up getting the second product that I wanted to cancel. I emailed and called again to ask if I can return it and she said she could take a message for me. I asked the agent if the company was even legit at this point and she said she DIDN’T KNOW, different agent too. I asked if they have a direct line to customer service or some kind of contact person I can talk to. Nope. They don’t have that info. THE AGENTS OF THE COMPANY DO NOT HAVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT INFO??? I am seriously angry about this.

Love that I was able to purchase the Sabrina Carpenter Cherry Baby fragrance when it restocked! It arrived quickly, and was packaged with care. Will be purchasing from Scent Beauty again. :)

I ordered and received the very next day which was great! Packaged well to protect the product. Of which it smelt gorgeous! 🩷. Highly recommend from me!👌.
