This is my first order from Scent Beauty. I ordered the sample size of "So Serene", and I love it! It's very light and has a nice clean scent. I have been looking for a new everyday perfume and I think I've found it. I also like that shipping and handling is free if you order a sample size!! I will definitely be ordering the regular size in the near future :)

AVOID ‼️‼️Appalling customer service, Would have not given a star if there was an option to. This company took my money and did not deliver my order, from what I have since read on here I would avoid like the plague 😡😡😡
Thankfully it was an add on gift for a family member and the way I paid for it I will get a full refund, just feel so bad for others that may not be so lucky !

Idk why everybody is saying this website is a scam for. My perfumes came in beautiful packaging and they smelled so good

Would give zero if this was an option. I have a bottle of Kylie Minogue 'Sexy Darling' with around a quarter left in the bottle. The spray stopped working, so I emailed the company to ask if there was a replacement spray or anything else I could do to get the remains of the perfume out without breaking the bottle. They were rude, abrupt and extremely unhelpful and basically washed their hands of the problem and told me to go back to the shop I purchased it from.

Once placing an order I didn’t receive a confirmation e mail. After numerous e mails which were either very slow or totally ignoring my previous e mail i finally contacted pay pal for a refund, please avoid this website and look for one more reputable.

Really odd online experience. Would not accept my email address, saying it needed to match my card details (which I hadn't input nor am I a member). I input my partners email address and it worked, allowing me to proceed to Paypal, whereupon it appeared to work as a normal order would. However, no verification email was received and thankfully no Paypal activity a day later. Just weird and I don't trust them.

Love this brand! They have such cool new fragrances as well as classics.
