Very easy to place order. It arrived quickly and wrapped so well to protect contents!

The shipping was very fast and the product that I received was perfect.

My order got cancelled for unknown reason and I sent couple of emails to inquire about the status of my order before cancellation but no one ever responded to my emails or tickets.

I received it rather quickly. It wS a big box.

This company (Scent Beauty) acts as a distributor for other smaller businesses. I Received confirmation that they got my order, but No notice that it had ever been shipped. I called twice to find out where the product was. They use a third-party answering service that said that they Would give them a message. I Never received a call back from anyone and never received the product. Had to call the individual small business in order to let them know that the product was never received.

It was on sale, and I got free shipping AND a free fragrance set!! Such good customer compensation.

First the shipment was fast. As soon as I put my order it went out for shipment. Then, the boxes, love the blue inside, and of course the product. Smelling very good, nothing was damaged. Great service!

After buying a sample set elsewhere and they emailed back saying it wasn't actually in stock, I was pretty disappointed. I was glad to find another set and to be able to choose which scents I wanted to test.

My only disappointment is that the Perfume I wanted was only available in a small size the larger size was sold out.

You can definitely smell the ginger notes but after time it becomes a spicy sweet scent. I love layering this.

The perfumes smell terrible and you can’t return once it’s open.

I loved the quickness of decision and scent. I just wish it had a touch more sweet smell, but thoroughly enjoyed it! I will be shopping here again.
