This looked good, however from the get go this was a terrible machine.

It was installed 24/03/26 by a reputable local company.
However an engineer had to be called within a week as the rinse aid flap would not keep closed. This happened a few times.

The items in dishwasher were never dry at the end of the cycle.

The final straw came on Sunday 18th October. The seal around the door started coming away.

I rang Schonhaus customer service on Monday 19th October. I found then very helpful and I was told I could choose a new dishwasher from my original supplier.
Apparently, Schonhaus have had many complaints about this dishwasher!

My new dishwasher will be with me on Thursday…..back to Bosch for me

I bought a schonhaus integrated dishwasher this year from the start. The salt sensor light would not go off. The shop came out to it twice and due to it being a new brand didn’t know how to rectify it. Engineer came out said he didn’t have any updated manuals for this brand due to it being fairly new to the market and never having gone out to this make for repair so didn’t know how
to check if the sensor was broken or how to get to the part in the end they replaced the dishwasher as it was less than three months old within three months of having the new one the sensor is not working again so now I have to physically check the salt every week to see if there is plenty in it will never buy one of these products again. I didn’t have this trouble with my Bosch dishwasher wish we had gone back to Bosch.

Bought a schonhaus dishwasher, worked for 5 month. We’ve now been 10 weeks without a dishwasher, takes weeks for an engineer. They come and go and then we hear nothing apart from an email telling you it’s repaired and the file is closed. Customer service is non existent m, they’re refusing a refund. Steer well clear of schonhaus. Should rename it shithaus

I expected better, having paid £500 for a dishwasher. It does not get dishes clean - some look like they've not been washed at all- and even with the top basket on its lowest setting, there is no room for tea plates because of the cutlery rack above. The cutlery rack gets incredibly wet and even when the machine has finished the water drips off the cutlery tray on top of the other crockery. Very disappointed. Waste of money!

Agree with other review . The spin is excessive machine takes off . Also difficult to turn off part way through a programme. Wasing etc. no problems.

Bought an 8kg washing machine in June 2025 via Euronics and had it installed free of charge, knowing it would need to be moved some 6-8 weeks later for a kitchen refit. The machine always vibrated and began to 'walk' from its bay at maximum spin speed. The Manual says that the machine should be supplied with 4 self adhesive feet, so rang Schonhaus Customer Service 3 times in November 2025 trying to get the feet kit before I took a 3 months trip to Spain, Eventually I did manage to speak to a Customer Service Agent who said she may have to order them from Europe; she couldn't guarantee that the feet would arrive before my Spanish trip in early December 2025 but they should be awaiting my return in March 2026. Of course the feet were NOT awaiting my return, so I phoned again yesterday - on hold for 5 minutes before the ansaphone cut in, suggesting that I leave a message and an Agent would call me back. No return call (this is the 3rd time Schonhaus have failed to return calls about the missing feet ...). Schonhaus don't care about Customer Service - it is as shoody as their products supplied with missing components. They may be £100 cheaper than Bosch, but with a product that wants to walk every day across the kitchen and vibrates enough to shake the new kitchen floor, the product needs to be cheap ... Awful product and worse customer service. One to avoid
