Since we started working together, Dave has consistently demonstrated a work ethics, an efficiency and a kindness that are nothing short of outstanding. He is super reliable, excellent at communicating and a problem solver. I keep on telling him how wonderful it is to work with him and I am glad I have the opportunity to share that opinion more widely!

We play basketball at the King Solomon every Sunday. The space is perfect for our needs and the service that Hannah, Neelima and Dan provide is great, they open up on time and are always helpful with a great attention to detail. The environment is clean and welcoming.

We really enjoy hiring the facilities at KSA through schools plus. Neelima, Dan & Hannah are a great team and really make it a good experience. They are always willing to help and are very considerate. Always available and try their best to find solutions to any issues we may experience.

King Solomon Academy
We congregate at the school every Sunday for meetings. The staff (Dan, Hannah and Neelima) open up on time and are always helpful with smile. The school environment is clean and welcoming.

Great and interactive learning experience with attentive staff (such as Geroge, Sophia, Dan) who are always eager to help.

We rent out space at King Solomon Academy. The space is perfect for our needs but what makes it even better is the service that Hannah, Neelima and Dan provide. All the staff are extremely helpful, caring and understanding. They go out of their way to ensure all the amenities are up to standard and make the experience an enjoyable one!

Schoolsplus are attempting to remove my review.

I recently wrote a review purely highlighting my experience working for schoolsplus for 2 years. All of which I had written was purely factual and can be backed up by ample mounts of WhatsApp messages, call logs to unanswered calls & texts, emails which were not responses to and threatening messaging on the group chats.

Schoolsplus have contacted trustpilot in attempt to have my review taken down for ‘defamatory content’. Everything which I have noted can be supported by evidence which I have also contacted trustpilot myself to provide upon request. As previously mentioned Schoolsplus does not value the confidently of their employees to any means, which is why I will not be contacting them directly as they have asked to do so. I am more than happy to provide any supporting evidence to trustpilot in order for them to validate my review and raise the question as to how the management system of the company operates. The HR person of the company more than often supported the disappointing behaviour of the area managers and the team leaders, i am not sure if it the same person now as it was a few months ago but there was no use going to them as the lack of support often made you feel worse and any issues would often be met with a threat of ‘disciplinary action’ or encouragement to resign.

Working at Schoolsplus heavily impacted my mental heath with ongoing anxiety before every shift due to the lack of security on site (I worked in quite a remote site & was more than often left alone) as well the constant disregarding when raising issues while working alone. Many past employees have unfortunately shared similar experiences to me while working at Schoolsplus most of whom have now resigned and try not to recall their time working with the company.

Many of the reviews left by employees are ones which have been cohered to do so by those higher up as this was also what I was told to do while working with them, to receive bonuses, mentions in the newsletters and slightly better treatment from those above for a short amount of time, which often felt worth it after the endless torment.

I am purely writing this review to warn other staff members or customers of the treatment within Schoolsplus, as I wish someone had done for me before I had joined them.

For those wondering why I had stayed for as long as I did, I cannot tell you entirely but when I first joined although the company was still disorganised there were venue managers who seemed to genuinely care for the staff, and during that time I built connections with customers, teachers, the school and came to enjoy the job itself. However, once many venue managers left and the shift to only area managers and team leaders was made the management completely shifted, the unsettling treatment began but as I had already been there for a while it was difficult to up and leave. However it had eventually reached a point where no one with any self respect should stay in such an environment which is when I decided to give in my notice.

I hope Schoolsplus reflects upon this review and realises a threat based management system followed by arrogance and a clear hierarchy with terrible treatment of those below them will never establish healthy long term connections within a business world. I have heard of more employees joining & leaving them than I ever had in any other work place. This also concedes with why they are often losing so many contracts with schools nationwide, I am sure any school which genuinely looks into the treatment and behaviours of the company would not want them to be linked to them and enable responsibility to their premises.

It is truly rare to find a company employee who provides services with such dedication and attention to customer needs. Not only does this ensure customer loyalty, but it also encourages others to recommend Schools Plus wholeheartedly.

I sincerely hope that the management recognizes and appreciates the hard work of Muhammad Hamza, as employees like him are invaluable assets. Their commitment and professionalism are what keep a business thriving and growing.

I was not surprised to read the recent message from a SchoolsPlus staff member regarding her experience. This has now confirmed many of the concerns we have had over the past six months. After much consideration, we made the decision last week to completely disengage from this company—not only in the Barnet area but across the UK wherever they manage a venue.

For prospective customers, I strongly encourage you to read through the comments and feedback before booking any event. It is important to be fully informed about what to expect when working with this company.

I am beginning to question the transparency of this company’s practices. My recent review was based on a previous comment on TrustPilot, which I believe was posted by a SchoolsPlus employee (possibly Sam). I am not sure if that comment is still visible to public or not.

Over the past six months, during my various interactions with this company, I too have experienced direct and indirect requests to take down my own comments. Unfortunately, this pattern of behavior does not come as a surprise.

I will leave this matter in the hands of TrustPilot and trust that they will review the log history and previous comments before making any decisions.

our Account Manager - Bronwen - has been super helpful throughout 2024.

All in all a great experience with the staff at Schools Plus. Any issue I have, they always are quick to respond and resolve for me. Very responsive to emails and always polite and helpful.

Very terrible and horrible company. There were no form of contract or agreement sign between both parties and we ere not informed anything regarding to refusing to refund booking made in the past.

We made bookings on the 27th December 2024 and due to some situations we couldn't use the hall renting booking for . An email was sent to them explaining why we couldn't made it. So we asked them, if they can re-book us for the next month which is the Sunday to cover our bookings payment, and we were told that, they can not do that or refund the money to us without any reasonable explanations.

I believe this company is a scam and their customer services is very bad including their area manager. I will advise no body use them and I will make sure this goes far
