Staff at Oaks Lane are useless
The staff at oaks Lane are liars and I believe racist. We have been using the venue for around 5 years and not had any problems. A new manager has taken over and has nothing but bad attitude and pure arrogance. She has complained about the smallest thing and has no people skills at all. How she has been tasked to manage a site is beyond me. She does not listen to anything anyone says and it is her way or the highway. She has lied to her seniors about events that have happened and Frankly, is a waste of space as a manager. She thinks when someone has a difference of opinion, it means they are having a go at her. You guys need to review how you recruit and promote people as if this is the standard that it takes to become a manager, anyone can do it. The previous staff were brilliant with us and she has come in like she is on a power trip and needs to stamp her authority. Absolute joke of a manager and a person.

Have been using Schools Plus
My basketball team has been booking Sarah Bonnell Sports Hall through School plus and I have been coordinating with Suhmed Kumar who has been consistently good as communicating with us when the court is available. He’s always responsive with my inquiries and is a pleasure to deal with! Will continue to use the service, especially if I’m dealing with Suhmed!

Great team in London
Great team in London. Use a facility in central London. Spoke to Anthony about what we need in terms of venue and he ensured we got one that met these needs within a short time frame even. Haider, the TL on ground at our meetings is always very helpful, all smiles, very supportive too.

Outstanding customer service from Safaa. Always looks after us whenever we're on site and always on hand to solve any issues that we may have. She is a credit to the company.

Matt at Balaam Wood High School is so…
Matt at Balaam Wood High School is so helpful whenever we are there. He is always around to open the door for the dancers and parents, helping us to move / carry things and just welcoming to everyone. Nothing is ever too much for him.

Great location for netball
We have been using the courts at Tudor Grange Worcester for netball. The experience on site is always great and we have a hassle-free time with our bookings. The staff on site are always helpful and friendly.
