Screen came fast enough. Well packed. All good. Good service. Good lads.

Fantastic service, exactly as described. We were very wary ordering a new screen for my cracked iPhone 11 as it all just seemed too hard and there were lots of concerning stories online. Screenshelf shipped very quickly and they had plenty of assurances that if the product didn't work they would take it back. Really simple fix following a YouTube tutorial, and the screen worked fantastically. Phone back to (nearly) new! Couldn't say enough good things about this company.

Never made the purchase but the customer service was fast solving my issues.

This screen consuming too much battery and periodically getting yellow screen.

hello i’m writing to say that i bought 2 screen from them, and they’re both not working well, they work but they have issues like freezing or touching on he’s own because they’re not certified

After fitting Cracks began to appear all across it

I had screen protectors fitted and cover to try and prevent this but to no avail

I ask a phone repair guy i knew what to do

He to me to contact them directly, in his opinion "the screen was defective "

Even thought a period of time had passed i reached out to screenshelf with my problem

Not a nice customer experience .....

Obnoxious and rude, basically insist I was trying to pull a fast one

The can keen there money and whatever, it was the principle to me..and peed me off with their attitude

Amazon would be a way better service and I regret the day I found ScreeShelf.ie website

Further to Screenshelf's response which i wasn't expecting and is completely unwarranted, the outcome is wholly irrelevant to the EXPERIENCE I've had

Customer care, note the word CARE, shouldn't be about a company trying to deviate front their responsibilities, to help and assist and comfort a disgruntled customer who felt aggrieved with the quality of the product purchased, but could have been corrected and that would have been that. Instead he, being me,
, was lambasted and belittled after reaching out on advice of a professional phone repair technician

The only thing that is indicative in this situation is incredulous character of your company, leading me to believe you guys have obviously sold out, moved your chat within customer care to an heartless AI bot with no soul, obviously a cost saving measure to keep your fat cat shareholders happy

My order had obviously been lost in transit, but my email enquiry was responded to promptly, and I subsequently had my order delivered a couple of days later.
