We bought a vanity unit which showed signs of deterioration after only a year. Harrison Bathrooms offered a replacement immediately with no arguing, and have organised for it to be shipped already - a really satisfying and helpful response
Faulty shower
Had a faulty shower less than 12 months old emailed about the fault and Jess very professionally dealt with my issue with myself and my retailer. New shower unit being sent out directly.

Not fit for purpose
Purchased a shower unit in black from this company last year. Within a few months the black finish on both the shower control and tap was showing the brass. We have not used any abrasive products to clean the units and upon showing them to the fitter who contacted the supplier and. was told they wouldn’t supply replacement units as they said we had used abrasive cleaning products which we hadn’t.

Great customer service. Whitney particularly was absolutely brilliant. I had a problem with a tap and I was unable to follow the advice she gave for some months due to ‘life happening’ and when I came back to her she still remembered and resolved the issue completely within days. Such a good company.

We had a Scudo shower installed by our local plumber several years ago but have had issues with the thermostat control. Contacted Scudo to ask what we should do. Not only did they reply immediately to my query they have sent me a new thermostat cartridge free of charge. Great customer service & generous gesture. Thanks to Jess in Customer Services for dealing with this so promptly.

Absolute kn*b of a driver today in one of your vans up my backside I’m the car on country lanes near Wednesfield, revving up and driving side to side like an absolute small 🍆 idiot.
He over took me…..didn’t get far and was doing it to an old lady who was in front of me.
Van was SK22 MXT I think. The bloke had massive green ear stretchers in and blondish hair……I saw this as I drove past him at the island…..didn’t get far with his ridiculous driving the tool 🙄🙄🙄

Really poor customer services
Really poor customer services, ignoring phone calls and no replying to anything.
We bought bathroom from beta bathroom stockport. Concealed shower had a leak on installation, which is manufacturing fault, videos and pictures shared with shop and they sent it to Bille Johnson of Scuddo sales team for replacement part which he agreed on to send replacement part.
It's been 2 weeks Bille doesn't answer or reply phone calls and text messages due to that reason our bathroom fitter taken another job and asking us more money to replace the same part.
Hope to hear from him soon..

Terrible customer service waiting over a month on bathroom appliances that I was told would be with me the same week.very unhappy customer because of this which makes my business look bad.never again

within 1 month they button and stop bar had broke but they replaced, after 2 years the button and stop bar broke completely and become stiff to adjust temp down. now 4 years on it unuseable and need replacing.

Terrible service. Terrible organisation
I ordered a combination vanity unit from a company and Scudo was the supplier. When the first delivery happened, the basin supplied was the wrong orientation, so was sent back to be replaced. I opened the basin unit and it basically collapsed as soon as the box was opened. I phoned Scudo who informed me I had to resolve with retailer. When I finally got this sorted they only delivered replacement basin unit, the basin itself wasn't delivered. When I had a bit more toing and froing, I finally got sink delivered. It arrived with a chip on the front. Again more contact with Scudo who arranged for a delivery. This didn't happen, so I phoned next day to check that it was going to be delivered that day. They informed they had no record of a replacement sink, so I would have to go back to company I bought through. This is despite the fact Scudo phoned me to arrange delivery. Finally managed to get delivery sorted by company purchased from. Delivery driver came and brought the wrong sink. Needless to say the customer services is pretty shoddy and the care given to products even worse. I will avoid this company at all costs in future.
ADDITIONAL: In response to the reply from Scudo, I will not be phoning as this happened over a month ago and there was no inclination from them to resolve at the time. I have received the correct unit, eventually, but this put serious delay on my bathroom fitting and additional stress having to go between Scudo and the retailer.
