Update: After 5 months of the review below posted on Nov 2023 I get a message that my review will be expunged from here in March 2024 unless I send my order details - which I have furnished! They now say they are initiating a refund 5 months later - lets see.

Ordered two T shirts. Immediate confirmation of order and acceptance of payment. T shirts arrive in 2.5 weeks from Spain. Very average T shirts for the high price AND completely wrongly sized - I followed their size guide . I followed up with them on email twice to request a size exchange but no one bothered to even reply. Stay away from these useless pirates.

Got items 1 month after it was supposed to have been delivered. They only sent it after paypal tried retrieving the money.

I now have the items but jesus christ the quality is very bad. Should be 1/4 of the price honestly. I do not even want to walk around in this ...

I ordered a couple of shirts earlier in the year and it took a while to get to us (like weeks and weeks) and I didn’t mind that - now have ordered again in August and here we are in October and nothing. No response from multiple customer service requests. Nothing. They’ve basically crapped the bed and are now just stealing peoples money. True salty sea dog pirates. Stay away.

Ordered went in on 1/9, emailed them on 13/9 for an update which was unanswered, follow up email on 18/9 again unanswered. Contacted my bank on 22/9 to see if I could pull the payment, gave them all relevant information including emails etc. Low and behold the order was posted the following day! Whether or not it's a coincidence I don't know as have never gotten a response from the company. It's such a shame as this gear looks great but there are many competitors out there which are reliable. Very costly for the company to ignore those who ultimately put food on the table

This company is JOKE.
It’s been 3 weeks I’m waiting for my answer, they don’t reply the emails or Facebook or Instagram.
They are THIEVES, please don’t be stupid like I was and NEVER order anything there.
They are from Palma de Mallorca and I’m in Spain and still nothing, deberíais tener VERGÜENZA sois unos capullos y espero que algún día lo pagareis!

Haven’t received any notice of items ordered two weeks ago? Emailed no reply, called the # not sure if it’s even a real number? No one answered. Ordered before and liked product but this time there is no communication or customer service or anything except they obviously took the money! Not ever ordering from them again.

Op 2 juli 2023 iets besteld, op 22 september 2023 nog steeds niet ontvangen. Klantenservice onbereikbaar.

Una verdadera estafa. Pedi 3 camisetas el 20 de agosto ( unos 76€),hice el pago por PayPal. Ni me han mandado las camisetas ni me han hecho el reembolso. El tlf que ponen no existe y los innumerables correos que les he mandado ninguno ha sido contestado. Voy a poner una denuncia en la policia.
No recomiendo a nadie a estos estafadores sin vergüenzas.

A t-shirt ordered three months ago has still not arrived.
First they claim the order was sent to Germany, mind you I am Italian, and now I haven't heard from customer service in weeks.
I asked of course for a refund which never came.
Total disappointment. Do not buy from them.

UPDATE: no refund received, nor t-shirt, even after the reply message of 18 March 2024.
Perhaps they are replying because the warm season is starting again and they can still hope to 'sell' t-shirts to people?

UPDATE N. 2: Today, 10 May 2024, after more e-mails, a negative review on social media, some more waiting, the threat of taking legal action against them, I received a refund for a purchase made a year ago. What an effort guys!

Realicé un pedido hace dos semanas. Desde entonces no sé nada más. No responden a emails a su servicio de atención al cliente, no responden en instagram. Han dejado de ser activos en el perfil, etc... Bastante lamentable que una empresa balear haga estas cosas. Intentas fomentar y ayudar a empresas de aquí, y pasa esto. Varios pedidos, siempre con problemas

Returned the ill fitting shirts that took over a month to arrive. They've had them for almost 2 weeks and no refund. These people are thieves. Absolute trash company.

No customer service, I tried to reach them on instagram and on their customer support email but I got no reply. I've been waiting for my order for more than a month. Ridiculous

Does this company even exist?
Big scam I ordered £230 worth of clothing and the tracking number I got is fake.
Contacted seamens crew multiple times and never got anything back

Ware bestellt und bezahlt, nie erhalten. Keine Antwort auf Anfrage und Reklamationsschreiben. Trackingnummer nach 3 Wochen nicht mehr gültig. Fraglich, ob das Geld je zurückkommt. Musste beim Kreditkartenbetreiber reklamieren.

I returned my T-shirt as it was too small, paid £7 to post it back to Spain and have emailed 3 times to track my order and haven’t received one reply, and £37 down.
