My package arrived today after days of waiting. Very disappointed when I open the package to see that an XL had been sent rather than a medium. I have no intention of having to send the product back as I have now lost interest in wearing it. Plus I refuse to have to pay the postal. There was no return slip included.
I will be putting as much feedback on your website as I feel that you have some serious changes to make to your customer service and manufacturing.
Shame as the advert says something completely different. Terrible service, wrong size, product over priced.

Hice un pedido hace 4 semanas y lo único que dicen que estan intentando contactar con el transportista. Recomiendo no comprar en esta empresa!!! ojo!!! sin dinero y sin camisetas!! flaco favor le hace a la industria mallorquina, pensando en comprar producto de Baleares y fomentar este comercio balear y mira lo que pasa!! No lo recomiendo!!

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I paid for express shipping and when realised the order won’t be shipped to reach me on time (birthday gift) I tried to cancel it without any reply. They contacted me only after they shipped the order saying “Hello Adrian,
please receive our apologies for such a delay.
We will refund you the hipping costs.
Unfortunately, as the order is already on the way, it can not be refunded.” Two weeks after the order was placed. Joke of a company

Currently on Day 7 after purchase and the order is still on processing! Not even shipped yet!
No confirmation from the company.... Wish I read the reviews before spending 80 quid in their online store...
Will probably never receive the items or even get a response from the "company"

Nadat de bestelling te lang duurde, en contact te hebben gezocht, zijn de verzendkosten zonder te vragen netjes terug gestort.
Wel een paar dagen te laat maar alles netjes binnen zoals altijd!

I took twice the time to receive my package and when it came it was the wrong t-shirt they had send.
Now I hope they will send my the right one.

Ware laut Sendungsnummer drei Wochen lang dem Versanddienstleister angekündigt, dann war die Trackingnummer ungültig. Mails wurden gelegentlich beantwortet, man werde selbst mal nachfragen, wo das Paket sei. Dann Schweigen im Walde. Keine Rückmeldung, keine Ware, keine Rückzahlung, nur Schweigen.

Hice una compra en la pagina web, pague por el envió rápido y aún así se demoró dos semanas en llegar y para colmo, me enviaron un producto que yo no pedí, definitivamente no los recomendaré.

Absolutely horrific company. Avoid at all costs. Took my money then completely ignored me.

Order on 27 th may 2023. Confirmation that the order has been received. No communication after that and still nothing received. Order paid and then it ends. No next time for me.

Never received my order, showing as never being deposited at post office for delivery . Told them the problem said they would look into it and never heard back . Sent more emails and no response . Asked for a refund still no reply . I am pretty sure this is a scam . I would recommend against ordering from this company. Very un satisfied and still out if pocket . Would rate 0 stars if I could .

Op 3 april 23 een per besteld, tot op vandaag niks ontvangen en order staat op hold. Niemand die me wat verteld of kan vertellen. Amateur zaak waar je bedonderd wordt!

Quality of the t shirt was horrible and the print was coming off. I also waited something around 4 weeks for the shirt…most disappointing online shopping ever

Nice customer service. Unfortunately, due to the courier my parcel was lost in transit. However, after messaging Seaman's Crew they were quick to identify that the parcel had been lost and send me a new package right away.

Sevice a la clientèle médiocre !! Fait un erreur sur ma commande, e-mail au fpurnisseur dans le 5mins après avoir passé ma commande. Retour de e-mail 4 voir 5 jours après. Réponse de personne qui ce fou de moi a
25 000km de distance et après 25 jours j'attends toujours ma commande en "transit" ce matin !!

Gros problème de livraison j'ai du moi même les contacter a plusieurs reprise pour le tenir au courant de la suite des choses. Produit avec beaucoup de mal façon comme la fermeture éclaire qui ce prend tout le temps dans la doublure. Aucun geste commercial de leur part

J'ai renvoyé un colis car les tshirt etaient trop petits et aucune nouvelle, pas de remboursement rien .... A EVITER !

Ich warte seit dem 24.07.22 auf 2 bereits bezahlte T-Shirts und werde per mail vom Customer Support hingehalten....Wenn das schon nicht klappt, wie soll ich Vertrauen in deren Umweltschutzaktivitäten setzen? Das klappt doch dann erst recht nicht. Ich werde mich an Paypal wenden müssen um meinGeld zurück zu erhalten.

I had the opposite problem to James, the large was larger than stated. However they accepted it was their error and sorted it for me,so give stars for a great sweater and great customer service.
