Deceiving scammy emails from this company is what led me here.

When I answered and said i was not interested the woman just hung up. How rude if you call someone and they don’t want what you are selling then a bit of respect and some manners should still be applied.

Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. They will literally tell you anything to get you to sign up - even such things as 'Its Free' which initially maybe the case, but alas its not really free (otherwise they wouldn't be phoning offering it).

This company is unbelievable. I started a new job in June and they called me in September to ask if I wanted to renew. I told them I knew nothing of them and to email me any details to see if this is something our company needs. They never emailed then called again to ask me if I was authorised to make payments which I said I was. They have used this call recording to say I have accepted another years agreement and are constantly ringing me everyday to get £300. I have told them we are not interested and the company does not need it. They continue to ring and ring and ring. This is harassment!! They seriously must be desperate for clients if they have to hound people like this. STOP CALLING ME WE DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICE!!!

I told them from the beginning of the phone conversation that we did not want to move forward after the trial period but the guy on the end of the phone was persistent and would not take my polite no for an answer
Awful customer service, I gave them my reasons not to move forward with them but that wasn't good enough. Eventually got off the phone to them 20 minutes later after I was trying to stay polite for as long as possible!!!

The reviews say it all - scammers who call on an 'anonymous' number. Leave well alone and as a digital marketer with over 20 years experience what they claim to offer is false.

Continuing to cold call me despite me asking to be removed from their system. Avoid.

Based on their previous replies they'll likely state that they have no record of me as a customer, that would be true - I will not sign up to a company that offers a service that you can easily do for free yourself.

Please stop calling.

Then your logs are as shoddy as your operating practices. You called me at 11.46am on the 7th July. If you check the call log it was a short call since I put the phone down.

Not sure how me calling you and asking you not to call me again is a productive use of my time when you’ve never respected the request before.

Recently signed up to this company and after they took my money they up to now haven’t provided the service they were to suppose to offer. Wish I saw their reviews before signing up, lesson learnt and I’m reporting them to trading standards

In 2020 I decided to agree to a 30 day no obligation trail on google my business with search point. It was made clear to me once my trail came to an end they would call me with the results of how it went and then it’s upto me to proceed or not ( this all seems fair ). In the end I decided not to go ahead for many various reasons financially , covid reasons etc I thought that would be the last I’d here from them but how wrong I was. About 4 month later I got a call saying they’d left my page up despite me not agreeing to proceed after the trail and are wanting to charge me less then the original price again I said no and to take remove the content they added during the trail period. Another few months pass and guess who. By this point I had lost it with them it’s clear dirty sales tactics, I ended up having to do some research on them and on google my business on how to get ownership of my page . I would strongly recommend to anyone who’s had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with these cowboys to create a gmail account if you don’t have one already then call search point and ask for full ownership of your page which by Google’s guidelines they have to do in a timely manner. Now I own my page and changed it to how I want it and I didn’t pay these scammers a penny

This company have listed my business without my permission and have the audacity to keep calling me to ask for payment for it. One call in particular from them was quite distressing as the person who phoned me insisted on payment even though they admitted they were in the wrong by continuing to list my business details despite my lack of consent. They continue to keep the listing live and continue to harass me with calls about payment.
I am at a loss as to what to do.

Stay away I used to work for this place unfortunately and saw the poor practices they had in how staff & customers are bullied don’t apply to work for them you’ll be gone before you finish training and potential customers be aware google my business is free it’s easy to manage don’t let these manage it on your behalf for £250 plus vat

This company sells services that I don't want - I am not prepared to hand over control of my company's Google listing to a company have have cold-called me, even if the service is offered on a 30 day, no obligation trial. I have asked them to send me some company details, and these have not been provided. When I told them that I didn't want to proceed, they continued to phone, telling me that they needed me to confirm a Google code. I have asked them to remove my details from their database three times, and I'm still getting calls.
Addendum: After emailing them to formally request removal from their database, (and after I had posted this review) I did receive a call of apology saying that the calls had been because of problems with new recruits. Given that all the new recruits used *exactly* the same script each time I voiced my view that I didn't wish to proceed, and continued to push me to proceed with them, I am sceptical about this. But, to be fair, the calls have stopped.

From experience of other friends/family this is not a great place to work at. They take you on for 2 weeks training and sack you the day before the training ends so they don’t have to pay you...I would call that slavery. They don’t have a valid reason to sack you. If I was you I wouldn’t bother wasting time and doing the training...they’re only going to sack you anyways.

Scammers, take your money and don't do anything for you. Avoid this Company and please don't get sucked into their sales pitches, it's all lies, You can manage your own Google account yourself.

A horrific company with disgusting practices.
Hard Sold me some SEO for a non existent website.
It was easier to pay £125 to get them to stop calling me. It was during a mentally vulnerable time in my life and no, not ever again.
Hang up, block the number and get on with your life.

I joined with the search point team 2 months ago after a colleague recommended them to me . She had been with them over 1 year. I would say that any business that requires a digital presence should be posting on their GMB page as an essential part of their social media advertising.The challenge is always the time to do this and the know how. I would highly recommend Simon and his team to take this over for you. They have an understanding of how GMB works and will work with you in a prompt fashion to maximize it for you.

This company is a scam. All they are built on and do is inhumane and they put people desperate for a job into awful predicaments.

They will call a business to offer a service that can be done yourself with the right know how. If you don't have that know how, find somewhere else to teach you that know how for free and not be charged hundreds a year for their 'service'.

You've got to feel for the people who are there making the phonecalls. They've just worked for the company doing their in-house training for two weeks with NO PAY. They hire on temporary contracts and ditch them before the worker has the chance to be made permanent and before the company has had to pay said worker too much money. The poor callers are bullied into script reading phone calls and sacked on the spot for a multitude of reasons. I can't even comprehend that places of work exist like this in 2020!

Don't trust the company. It's irrelevant in modern technology needs and I can't understand how they're still going. A five minute Google search can unveil all sorts from a previous dissolved business and other secrets through Companies House.

Please do not accept their services. I had the misfortune of accepting a job at this company a couple of years ago due to being absolutely desperate for a job. Despite my financial worries I ended up leaving shortly after training as I could not in good conscience continue there.
I wanted to leave a review to offer advice to anyone being harassed by them. While in training I was instructed to not remove anyone from our call list even if they requested it(this is illegal). We were only allowed to remove someone from the list if they said their business was no longer operating--if they are not leaving you alone, tell them this.
And PLEASE report them to ofcom/trading standards. I reported them when I left the company but looking into their history they've been very slippery by changing names/owners. While their proposed business model is technically legal (though scummy), instructing employees not to remove people from the call list is absolutely not. The owners of this business are exploitative to both their customers and employees. I am deeply sorry to have been involved with this company, however briefly, and I really hope this review helps people avoid their predatory tactics.
