I have struggled with my skin for a long time and finally went to see Dr Zoya who created a new skin plan. She provided clear stepwise options and a detailed plan for me to go home and review. I liked that she wasn’t pushing for a sale I left feeling more understood and more informed compared to other consults I had.
Just 2 months after her new plan and my skin already finally improved. I thought I would give it a good 6 months before writing a review. 6 months on and my skin looks and feels the best it ever has. Thank you Dr Z!!

UPDATE after the clinic's reply to my review:
This response from the clinic is completely false and fabricated. No one ever advised or even mentioned dissolving my previous fillers to me. Instead, the practitioner kept injecting the exact same area with pure incompetence, which severely worsened my jowls.
To make matters worse, the Botox treatment they performed on my forehead caused a severe droop in my right eyelid (ptosis). This person completely lacks proper injection techniques and medical experience.
Please be warned and avoid this clinic at all costs. This is my honest advice

**One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.**

I saw Dr Assad, one of the managers at the clinic, for dermal filler treatment. Before the procedure, I specifically asked him to avoid injecting into an area that had previously been treated with filler and was already swollen. He reassured me that he would not inject there and asked me to trust him because he was the professional treating me.

Unfortunately, after using three vials of filler, I found that most of the filler had been injected into the exact area I had specifically asked him to avoid.

I also asked him to treat my nasolabial folds. However, the filler was injected mainly at the upper part near the nose, while the actual lines were barely treated. After the procedure, the nasolabial folds look essentially the same, and in my opinion, they may even appear worse.

I paid more than **£1,050** for a result that I am extremely unhappy with and that has left me feeling very distressed about my appearance.

I am sharing my experience so that anyone considering treatment can make an informed decision. **Based on my personal experience, I would not return to this clinic or choose this doctor for filler treatment.**

Please make sure you fully discuss the treatment plan, injection sites and expected results before undergoing any cosmetic procedure.

UPDATE following the clinic’s response: I am extremely concerned that the response below discusses an Endolift treatment which I have never received from Secret Aesthetics. This isn’t simply a typo — the clinic states that Endolift was discussed during my consultation, included within my clinical consent documentation, and later refers to “your Endolift treatment”. None of this relates to me. My treatment was dermal filler. This raises serious questions about which records or information were reviewed before this response was published and, in my opinion, calls into question the accuracy of the other statements and allegations made about me, which I strongly dispute.

I was a regular customer of Secret Aesthetics from 2024, spending in excess of £10,000 with the clinic. Unfortunately, my experience ultimately ended with me being discharged from their care while concerns about my treatment remained unresolved.

Following filler treatment towards the end of 2025, I contacted the clinic because I was experiencing discomfort and had concerns about how the treatment looked. Review appointments were arranged. At the time, however, my son had been seriously unwell and had spent nine days in hospital, and I was caring for him following his discharge. I was therefore unable to attend the review appointments.

Rather than being given another reasonable opportunity to have my treatment concerns clinically reviewed, the situation became focused on missed-appointment charges and I was ultimately discharged from the clinic. My original concerns were therefore never clinically reviewed or resolved.

Communication was another issue. When speaking to reception, I wanted to understand what could potentially happen at the review if the clinician agreed there was a problem. The member of staff couldn’t provide clarity beyond saying that the clinician would need to assess me. Of course, I understand that only a qualified practitioner can make clinical decisions, but I believe front-of-house staff at an aesthetics clinic should be sufficiently trained to clearly explain its aftercare and review process.

I also subsequently paid a separate £50 booking payment for a polynucleotide appointment. Instead of being used for the appointment I booked, it was applied against the disputed missed-appointment charges without my agreement. The clinic later offered to refund this and waive the charges, but this came alongside its decision to discharge me.

What disappoints me most isn’t the money. After being a regular customer and spending more than £10,000, I expected to be treated as a valued patient, particularly when raising concerns following injectable treatment.

Around eight months have now passed, so this review isn’t something I’ve written in the immediate aftermath. I’ve had plenty of time to reflect and have since received treatment elsewhere. The difference in aftercare, communication and ongoing support has, in my experience, been leaps and bounds ahead. It has shown me what good aesthetics aftercare can look like.

I’ve also noticed more recent reviews raising concerns about aftercare and communication, and some responses from the clinic that I personally find defensive. I can only speak for my own experience, but I hope the directors are aware of the feedback being raised and consider whether this is how they want patients’ concerns handled.

Aesthetics isn’t simply a retail transaction. When patients have discomfort or concerns following treatment, aftercare and appropriate clinical review matter.

I would much rather have remained a loyal customer and written a positive review. Unfortunately, having had eight months to reflect and experienced a substantially higher standard of aftercare elsewhere, the way my concerns were handled has completely changed my view of the clinic.

I hope Secret Aesthetics takes feedback like this constructively and places greater emphasis on aftercare, communication, staff training and long-term patient trust.

Dr Zoya is an exceptional, world-class doctor and genuinely one of the best in the business.

What really sets her apart is her ability to take complex subjects around health, fitness, wellbeing and aesthetics and explain them in a way that anyone can understand. Her videos are incredibly informative, engaging and practical, she has a rare ability to break down the science without overcomplicating it.

There are plenty of doctors and experts sharing information online, but very few communicate with the clarity, knowledge and passion that Dr Zoya does. You come away from your treatment understanding how and why things have improved rather than simply being told what to do.

Her combination of medical expertise, attention to detail and ability to connect with everyday people is outstanding. A truly exceptional doctor who I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I underwent an Endolift procedure at Secret Aesthetics after being advised during consultation that I was a “very good candidate” for the treatment. Given the cost (over £1,500), this gave me confidence that I could reasonably expect a meaningful improvement.

Patients are advised that final results can take up to six months, which I fully respected. Unfortunately, after waiting the recommended timeframe, the outcome was extremely disappointing and far more subtle than I had been led to expect.

What compounded this further was the aftercare experience. I had to repeatedly chase the clinic myself to arrange a review appointment, and communication throughout felt reactive rather than supportive.

It is also important to note that from the outset I had made clear that I did not want fillers and was specifically seeking an alternative treatment option. Despite this, when I raised concerns regarding the limited outcome, the main solution proposed was additional filler treatment at further cost.

Following a lengthy email exchange, the clinic acknowledged communication shortcomings but ultimately relied heavily on consent forms and “treatment variability” in response to my concerns. I was eventually offered a small partial refund, but only on the condition that I sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.

I fully understand that aesthetic medicine cannot guarantee identical outcomes for every patient, and I did not expect perfection. However, for a premium-priced treatment and clinic, I expected a far higher standard of aftercare, communication, and patient support when results did not meet expectations.

My advice to prospective clients would be this: pay close attention not only to the consultation and promises made beforehand, but also to how concerns are handled afterwards if your results fall short of what you hoped for.

I am so grateful to Dr Naqvi and the staff at secret aesthetics, I genuinely feel the clock has shifted 10 years back for me. The reason I chose Dr Naqvi in particular is because he uses ultrasound placement and above all I wanted my treatments to be as safe as possible - although I have to say I would now feel comfortable without the ultrasound as I have full trust in him and this clinic.

The reception is calming, the staff are so friendly, helpful and responsive, I had a worry on a little bump a few days after my initial filler, got in touch and sent a picture and they responded very quickly. Nothing to worry about, but I could have come into the clinic if needed.

On top of being extremely safety conscious I was also initially very, very nervous. Dr Naqvi worked really well with me, explaining what was happening at each stage of treatment. I also feel like I’m getting the answers to my questions in a thoughtful way, he has taken the time to look at my face, give me advice but also never push any treatment. All of the treatment I have had has been my own choice but with expert guidance, which (as a control freak) is exactly what I need.

After two children, a stressful career and 3 stone weight loss I now feel glamorous again…for the first time in 20 years. Thank you Secret Aesthetics ❤️

This was my second time having Botox at Secret Aesthetic, and once again it was a great experience. This time I was treated by Dr Shahriar Ghadiri, who was fantastic—very knowledgeable and attentive, with a truly personalised approach. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend him.

I recently underwent Sciton Ablative Laser Resurfacing performed by the lovely amazing Dr Zoya at Secret Aesthetics, and the results have been nothing short of unbelievable.

As a woman in my 50s, I had been self-conscious for many years about my deep facial wrinkles caused by long-term sun damage and a lack of a proper skincare regime. My mom went to Dr. Zoya to get Botox. She has always had her Botox done by the best doctors in Romania and even had the Mephisto look done before. But with Dr. Zoya, it was the first time her face looked amazing. I also went and got my lips done — I was really scared they wouldn’t look natural, but they turned out very natural and look great. It’s the second day now, and they’re not swollen or bruised — everything is perfect. Dr. Zoya works wonders!

*Note* this review is regarding a halo skin treatment received by a skin therapist at secret aesthetics and not the doctors*  I've had a halo treatment done begin January 2025,despite initially requesting another treatment, they recommend halo instead. My main skin concern was to reduce pigmentation on my face.The treatment cost £799. Now being in March 2025,it's fair for me to give a detailed review,as atleast 3 months has passed by. Unfortunately I didn't even had the slightest improvement on my skin. Instead I developed a severe allergic reaction / acne outbreak a few weeks after the treatment and this only got resolved after receiving a topical antibiotics from my GP. Also it left me with an big hyperpigmentation patch (which I didn't had before the treatment) 3 months later it's still there! I did contacted secret aesthetics to express my concerns and the manager said she would conduct an investigation.She came back to me within 1 day, completing the investigation and they didn't took any accountability for what happened to my face.Not even an apology.  I would like to express my concerns that you do need to sign a consent form, before the treatment, but they just ask you to sign and don't give you the time to read it through. I did made a picture of the consent form and non of these side effects or contradictions were listed. Only temporary side effects, but as mentioned before, we are now 3 months further and I'm still suffering with a big hyperpigmentation patch developed on my face due to the halo treatment. The skin therapist never mentioned to me , what i could do in case of developing an allergic reaction or if I would have any concerns. Instead I was kept pressurised in buying an additional expensive skincare (get Harley) for approx £360. This was the main focus in the conversation and very frustrating. If you have good results with your treatment it's likely a great medical aesthetics, but in case you get any problems after the treatment, don't expect any aftercare or additional help. After you've paid for you treatment they aren't interested in your concerns. I would have appreciated an apology and refund, but the arrogance of the staff is astonishing. This has taken a toll on my mental health , because ive been left worser with my face and a permanent hyperpigmentation patch.I am in the process of taking this further to the small claims court and take legal action.

I visited Secret Asthetics today for two treatments. I first had a hydrogenesis laser facial with Akila which was incredible and left my skin feeling really clean fresh and tight, I then was seen by Dr Zoyah and had anti-wrinkle treatment from her and that was once again a very relaxed hygienic and exactly what you would expect from such a luxury clinic. This is definitely my new go to Clinic and I hope to remain a client for a long time.

A warm welcome with a few minutes early to my appointment. I was offered a massage chair in a cosy room with relaxing music to make my wait comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Haroon is calm, super friendly and explains the treatment incredibly well. He makes you feel calm and guides you through the treatment. It goes over so quickly with no pain or surprised pinches.

The clinic is absolutely amazing, beautifully designed and decorated and the whole experience is very pleasant. It’s easy to become a loyal and returning customer.

I saw Dr Taran and she took the time to talk me through the procedure which I was having for the first time and she put me at ease straight away. The receptionist ladies are also very friendly and I can't recommend this place highly enough!
