Misleading.
You have accepted my request for the insurance to travel to Ukraine, but then, after I've payed the premium we told me that you're not covering travels to Ukraine. You are simply misleading your customers, which in itself is very disgusting and dishonest. Zero stars if that would be possible.

Exceptional Cover criteria
The policy had everything I'd potentially need to be supported in any eventuality like a doctor at hand facility and all the emergency numbers I'd potentially need which i took with me.
Thankfully I didnt need all of that.
It was easy to sign up to and had reasonable cover rates for my age group. I'd highly recommend Select & Protect. See you on my next travel.

Unable to register to collect vital documents
Greetings.
Recieved a link to register in order to acquire the insurance documents. However, having "put in" all that was asked of me, still haven't been able to acquire the documents. It is now crucial that I gain access, as I will be travelling in less that 5 days. Worrying. Not sure I will be covered, even though I have a Policy No.

exactly what I wanted and needed
