Tried twice to complete purchase of…
Tried twice to complete purchase of policy only to receive error message please try again so had to purchase policy elsewhere. Next day received charge for both policies. I need those two transactions refunding adap please.

Even caught up in Qatar during the recent events , this company didn't give a damn, unsympathetic, no empathy just keen not to pay out, advisors just spoke like robots , all claims rejected after being stuck in Doha for a week and out of pocket , not interested in my health issues quadruple heart bypass and my purchase of urgent medication. Please use another company THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY , THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR WELFARE. OTHER COMPANIES PAID OUT DUE TO EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES

I booked through website
I booked through website which was very easy and straightforward. Documents were available to read before paying, so you know what is and isn’t covered. Documents came through within a minute of payment, all good. As for making a claim, I can’t comment.
