I did not require this cover but it was automatically selected for me at the payment stage which I did not notice that it was ticked. I feel that this was unacceptable and a refund for this would be welcomed. 😕

Frustrating experience
You should tell people that you don’t accept American Express before they try to purchase instead of rejecting the payment without explanation. Also, finding a person to speak with took unacceptably long time.

Paperwork swiftly provided to be able to print.
Only negative said to set up password to login & access site but was system just rejected my trying to connect for several days. All working now so hopefully not require further services.
