SCAM!!!!!!
It is scam, I purchase a 1 month subscription, used it for 1 day, now they charged me (IT WAS MY LAST MONEY) even though I never opted for a renewal. Sent them email to get refund, they refused. Will take legal action against them.

It’s going well so far
It’s going well so far, sometimes the lessons don’t load and I have to click plan and back to the lesson then it loads, I myself would also prefer an app as opposed to a website but the content has been helpful for me thank you for putting this together!!

Allowed me to see the connections in my brain that I did not piece together
This app has allowed me to really dig into my mind and break down the walls that I have put up since childhood. There are things that I had no idea were connected in my thought process and how I deal with certain situations.
The only downfall is anything that I have entered into the questions asked on the app is deleted as soon as I enter it.

I am very disappointed that another payment has come off my credit card when I believed I would be making a one off advance payment for a 6mth subscription. I have emailed twice and had no response except for an automated email.

Biggest ripoff!
I emailed the company:
I have been charged a monthly rate of $63.07, $63.23 and yet have not received any further lessons since the one month I signed up for, May 28th 2023. What have I been paying for all these months and not receiving anything?
Please refund me $756.84 CDN for the 12 months that I received no course material, since June 2023.
This has been such a maddening hassle, paying for nothing!

Charged again after self-esteem.app said subscription was cancelled
After making a complaint and sending them a message on Facebook messenger I finally got a reply saying that my subscription will be canceled.
Then sure enough my credit card was charged again, I spoke to visa and they told me to take screenshots of the conversation, so hopefully visa can somehow stop these payments from coming off even after the company said the subscription was canceled, very frustrating 😞

Good tool. Lacking functionality and support
I've only been using it for 6 days. I like the material and prompts, and they seem to build over time.
My issues have been with functionality. There's no clear instructions on how to work through issues and there's isn't help available when it's needed. In addition, I wanted to review my entries from past lessons today, and it seems that those are not kept.
I also wish the First Aid lessons had the option to fill in the material in the app. I find that I have to wait until I'm in a location where I can write everything out, and it stalls my progress.
Overall, it's a helpful tool. Functionality and support could be better.

The lesson, assist you with understanding things that require attention. For example, how you talk to yourself. Then you are offered a reflection area to allow you to make adjustments to the negative aspects each lesson is addressing.

Self-worth App affordable & life changing
I have only just begun my Journey with the self-esteem app. I am so happy with the difference in my well-being even though I am only 8 days into the program. The design and explanation of the daily tasks makes the completion of them very empowering. My self worth had hit rock bottom. I can honestly say the app has already drastically improved my self worth rating from 2 to 4 out of ten. I look forward to completing the rest of the program.

I am insanely frustrated.
I am insanely frustrated. They claim to answer all emails within 24-72 hours, and not only is that a lie, they also charged me an extra $30 out of nowhere, for no good reason, without permission. It’s been many days. I’d rather not get the authorities involved if I don’t have to, but they stink at confrontation and replying to emails. Conveniently, I can’t find a phone number either. I need them to reply and refund me.

This is a good app if you don’t need much guidance. It’s a great outline but does require dedication and deep thought. If thinking alone is hard for you, consider a therapist so it’s more interactive to keep you invested.

Can't cancel. No reply to 4 support emails.
I've emailed 4 times to cancel my subscription. There's no response. Nobody there. Nobody replies. Nobody cares.
I feel that the app isn't really an app, it's a basic web page, I feel that the content and quality is very low and I found I was fed up after just a few days.
Given the lack of reply, I'll be asking the card company to do a chargeback when they try to renew without my consent.
