The Self Esteem App is a mobile application designed to help users overcome the emotional and psychological challenges of low self-esteem. By using cognitive behavioral therapy, the app uses techniques to help users push through their lack of confidence, stop talking negatively about themselves, and make peace with any insecurities holding them back. After taking an initial quiz, users are provided with a specialized plan based on their answers. The plan includes daily lessons, life-changing insights, progress tracking, various resources and techniques, together with tools and content tailored to the answers provided.

Worst service ever by moneygrabbers

In december I subscribed at self esteem. I saw the reviews regarding not responding to questions about cancelling your subscription. This was the reason for me to send an email in December to cancel.

I received an email that it was cancelled, but now a few months later I receive emails regarding renewals etc.

This company is not working for your mental wellbeing, but for your money. When 'Lily' will nog answer my mail, I am going to take additional steps.

FRAUD!!!

FRAUD!!!! I have tried to cancel my subscription by emailing them at least once a week to get this subscription cancelled, and there is zero response! They are fake and “LILY” will soon reply on this review to apologise, but yet there will be no response on my email and no action taken with my request to cancel my subscription. Stay away from this “app” (which is not an app by the way, it’s a website with no way to check or change your subscriptions or billing). I would give zero starts every day of the week if I could.

Scammers

Scammers! Beware.

They take your money for an “app” that barely works and their contact email is useless as no one responds.
This “Lily” that responds to people’s reviews on here isn’t here to help and you can tell by people’s reviews. Contacting them is pointless because they don’t get back to you. For example, I’m almost at 3 months and absolutely no responses.

Anyway!
I bought the three month subscription and opted for non-renewal. I sent them an email in December 2023 to make sure this was certain. Never heard from them, despite sending several emails.

I get an email in February stating that my three month subscription is going to end and will automatically renew. I was confused as I didn’t choose for the automatic renewal. I contacted them probably 5 more times and still nothing.

It’s not even really an “app”. Just some dodgy website with terrible customer service (if you can even call it that.)

I bought it back in December and I’ve been getting a few “daily” reminders and it’s only up to day 29, which doesn’t make sense. It should be way past that now.

It’s all just so dodgy. I wish I knew not to buy this.

Save your money guys, it’s not worth it at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. Going to take further action because it’s fraud.

Edit: ”Lily”, that is the exact email I’ve been contacting you guys on. And also the vip one included in the email to try cancel the subscription I NEVER asked for. Stop lying or trying to pretend you care — do something!

This app has already improved my self-esteem and mental health in the first week

It has forced me to think about childhood experiences that i may have blocked from my memory. The more I work through each lesson, the more I'm beginning to put the pieces together of why I've been dealing with low self-esteem throughout my adult life. I look forward to each daily lesson now!

They are a fraud

They are a fraud, I purchase a 1 month subscription, used it for 3 days, absolutely useless, now they charged me again even though I never opted for a renewal. No way to check your subscriptions, I’m proceeding with legal action against them.

Edit: I’ve already emailed you many times on that email address and received 0 replies. No need to respond on my comment and act like you care or aren’t scamming people from Lithuania

Selfsteem app is a fraud

I purchased a subscription for 3 months and I never got an email confirmation with the next steps.. no account or password to get into any content, also I got charged for an extra book which was the only thing I got in my email. I checked Instagram page and nobody has comments and the likes are fake.. be careful with this.. the website is clearly a fraud and nobody answer the emails. Check the comments answered to the girl that can't cancel her subscription. I will report them in PayPal account.

The app quit working by Day 3

The app quit working by Day 3. It started telling my is was on day 78, I started emailing the company a week ago requesting a refund because I paid for a 6 month subscription and I cannot get them to reply to my emails.

So far the app has been amazing

So far the app has been amazing. The lessons are manageable chunk, you can stop and start where you want which is great. It's really helping me to dig deep with the questions. I would definitely recommend it!!!

It takes work but it’s worth it

It has made me start to change my perspective and recognise when those unhelpful thoughts appear, I am starting to question them more. It does take work and it’s not easy. I feel like you get rough and dirty before you come out clean and sure on the other side. But your worth it.

Important app for healing journey

This app is helpful because of the daily activities that help keep me on track with healing, and moving forward a little bit each day.
