I was excited to try this app after…
I was excited to try this app after reading some positive reviews. However, after a month I found the content repetitive and not as personalized as I had hoped. I tried to contact the company to cancel my subscription but did not hear back after a week (they claim to respond within 24-28 hours even on weekends). I emailed again and heard nothing back. I had to contact my bank to cancel the charge and self esteem app continued to charge me and not respond to my emails. I am very disappointed that this company takes advantage of people and scams them.

They just subscribe you to their service and there is no way to unsubscribe!
Update after Lily’s reply: so it takes you less than 24 hours to reply to my message here on Trustpilot, but you keep ignoring all the emails I’ve sent to you? Reply to my email and unsubscribe me!!!

Glitchy website
I would give it a 5 but I feel like the features to complete lessons is glitchy on the website. The lessons are definitely helping me to reflect on things in my life and helping to see the areas where I have negative self talk. Woeking on this every day

So far so good
I've only been using the app for a short period of time but so far I have been really impressed. It's the first time I've actually stuck to one of these programs as you can set each daily lesson to a realistic timeline. I love that there are activities to complete instead of just having to read a long passage of text. The way the activities are worded really makes you think about how you've been speaking to yourself without throwing it in your face. I like that there are snippets of research and real life examples of well known people included.
The only negative thing I would have to say is regarding the sign up process. You get spammed with lots of offers for different products several times before actually coming to the checkout. I feel like this makes the app appear cheap/fake, but I'm glad I bit the bullet and signed up.

I never give 5 stars without a thorough experience. I'm only a few days in. It is delivering according to its promise: short daily activities that require me to be reflective. It's a web app so I was confused for a brief moment how to install. You just add the page to your home screen rather than download the app.

Awkward Start, but worth the effort to succeed!
At first, I found the software a little intimidating... like with issues with the password. But once I got past that everything else was good. I am finding that it has really helped me with my issues... of course I have only completed 11 exercises, but it has helped out a lot! It also depends how hard, you as the individual, push yourself to make the changes to your life by implementing what you learn! I like the though provoking questions that it asks and helps one to reflect on perspective in life!

Money taken from account with no email confirmation
I’m really quite concerned as I don’t have the app downloaded on my phone and just got billed £41 with no emails to warn or confirm that money was due to be taken. I have just sent an email to their email address on the customer contact section of their website and really hope to get a swift resolution and refund as I cannot afford this.
