I really wish I had seen their review…

I really wish I had seen their review before I ordered I spent a lot of money on flowers for my wife’s birthday to be delivered today 09/07/2025 I got a receipt saying they would be delivered on the day but no flowers were delivered. I sent them a email to say how disappointed I was but got no reply back . I don’t know if I will get my money back but it doesn’t matter the day has gone and there is nothing they can do to make up for disappointment that they have caused.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star....-5, Groupon should be made accountable too, arrived 4.45pm, went larger bouquet should have had at least 10+ flowers and greenery, I Chrysanth, 2 Gerbera and some golden rod!! Pitiful it was for an 80th Birthday, how embarrassed do I look. Could have got a better bunch from the local supermarket.....And have another bouquet being delivered 2moro, have emailed 3 times to change day as friend is off work 2moro!!! That's nearly £75 down the pan NEVER USE THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY

Appalling company

I would give them no stars if i could, appalling company ordered flowers for mothers day, they arrived but not what i ordered lilies and roses instead of carnations which died within a week i have sent numerous emails and no response also no telephone number conveniently i expect they don't want to deal with complaints. Useless will not be using them again

If I could choose no stars I would.
Having to be away over Mother’s Day, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my 83 year old mother on sat 29th. I ordered them on the Tuesday. Mother’s Day is hard for us both as she lost her Son(my brother) years back, and I also lost my Son(her grandson) a few years back. Was bad enough not being there for her, but at least I was able to send flowers. Flowers that never arrived. I only wish I’d looked at the reviews beforehand. Send a bloom send nothing. No response to emails. No number to contact. It’s not even the money that gets me. It’s how my mother felt thinking I’d forgotton all about her!! Thieves. No other word for them.

Complete scammers

I brought a voucher from groupon for 50% off, I spent £43.20 at send a bloom and the flowers never materialised. These were ordered for a very special occasion and obviously them not delivering left me feeling extremely embarrassed. 4 emails later as that’s the only contact details they offer and absolutely zero response from them at all. I’ve had to now try and claim the money back from my credit card, I’ve also contacted groupon and told them to stop promoting this fraudulent company so hopefully they will and no one else falls for these scammers.

I wanted to send a bunch of Birthday…

I wanted to send a bunch of Birthday flowers, after looking at various sites I chose Send a Bloom they were showing as able to deliver on Dec 29th 2024 and were offering 50% off if entering Code: BLOOM. I entered the code and purchased the flowers, but the discount never came off, and the flowers failed to arrive, I emailed them, no reply, the flowers arrived a day late and still no reply to my message, So basically I overpaid for a late bunch of flowers from a company that doesn’t even bother to respect their customers

ordered flowers for next day delivery

ordered flowers for next day delivery, they weren’t delivered, there is no contact number on their website. I ordered two bouquets on the same day. No notification, no email response, nothing.

I will be contacting trading standards they taken money and not delivered will also contact watchdog to investigate this

Avoid and save your money!

Short on roses and customer service!

I ordered 36 roses for my partners birthday what they arrived I thought it looked smaller than the pictures so I counted them and only had 29. After sending 3 emails over the last 10 days I haven’t heard a peep back from them.

Completely unacceptable service leaving me feel out of pocket!

Flowers for mother’s birthday

Flowers for mother’s birthday. They got the date right but delivered the wrong flowers. I’ve contacted them twice now via their ‘contact us’ - this was over a week ago and no response. Would not recommend send a bloom.

I have ordered and paid for a bouquet…

I have ordered and paid for a bouquet of roses via Groupon. Their order No 100820692 . VOUCHER No:- 4BTMFKF6NC. The flowers were for today being the Birthday of my elderly friend Mrs P. Warner 24 White Horse Court, Storrington, West Sussex RH20 4DQ . Hopefully these can now be dispatched with some Freesias. It had been a nightmare trying to send these flowers. Hopefully you can make amends. Many thanks Alan Charlesworth.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs . I ordered flowers for delivery 14/05/2024 as a birthday present, which have not appeared and no replies to my email requests for update / refund
I have logged a report with action fraud

Late delivery

Spent quite a bit of money ordering flowers for my mum for her birthday which I assumed would be delivered on the day that was agreed they were delivered 2 days late.
Waste of time. Misses the whole point

DO NOT USE

I ordered a rose plant to be delivered a certain day and the haven't arrived.
4 times I have messaged and no answer.
I have requested a refund and no answer.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They actually turned up!

Like many others how reviewed...I wish I had seen these reviews first!!!!
OK so I had written a pretty nasty review but....the flowers showed up. And they're actually really pretty.
I'm not so confident they're going to last very long but I'll try to come back here if they do/don't.

Still really frustrating that you can't phone anyone to check on your order and there's no tracking info to check on its progress.

Anyway, all's well that ends well and all that
