Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars for Sendle. This has to be the worst courier service ever.
Not only do they not pick up your packages for week or more after planned pick up. They also have no reason why, they dont know where their couriers are or what they are doing and admit that. They also tell you not to worry they are addressing it and make promises to pick up and then STILL dont pick up.

I wish I could give a zero rating, I have been waiting for a pickup since Oct 2nd there is noone to talk to and they just will not confirm pickup. this is my 3rd day waiting for a pickup, worst company ever. Purolator will come the same day
Terrible service
Terrible service. The company basically scams people. Then use questionable ‘agents’ to answer on live chats, who are trained to use language that makes it sound like they’re working with too but they’re actually doing nothing but trying to silence customers to buy themselves time. I have evidence of them lying repeatedly and have had them fail me both times I’ve used them, once as a shipper and once as an intended receiver.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

I am waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered on 24 September and I am still waiting! Their tracker that shows me what is going on says that since 30 September it is in my city out for delivery.
I have talked to the company twice and they provide no useful information! I will NEVER order from a company that uses this company to deliver your order! THEY SUCK!
If I could, they wouldn’t get the 1 star I selected!
Total garbage
Total garbage. I get a email saying it’s “out for delivery ” then I get an email saying it’s being sorted at their depot. Total shitshow of a courrier service.

Do not use this company they have very bad reviews they don't know where or when or how or who picks up a package so far they told me the driver forgot to pick up the package now they're telling me it's in transit when tracking says it hasn't moved in 3 days on the tracking if I could give it a minus trillion Stars FOR A REVIEW VERY BAD COMPANY DO NOT USE update next day they told me to be delivered today came and still not delivered????????¿?.?
No serious business should be dealing…
No serious business should be dealing with Sendle. They advertise 1–3 business day delivery, but in reality it took them 3 business days just to collect the parcel from the drop-off point. This kind of delay misleads both businesses and their customers. Next time, I’d rather invest an extra $2 and send my parcels with UPS for reliability.

If I could give a zero I would. They really can't do anything right...attempted delivery several days in a row (I was home and no one rang the doorbell)...It's a mystery they are still in business

Updating my review to 3 stars as I have had recent positive experiences with Sendle who have picked up multiple deliveries from my house. I will leave the original review below:
Package sitting for over a month.
Have had a package sitting at a pick-up location for over a month, with support only replying with "We are following up with the courier" but providing not tangible outcome or evidence of doing so. I even had the courier arrive at my personal address (not the drop-off location where the package is actually sitting) to ask for it.
Sendle adjustment overcharges
We are still still for our money to be return from sendle, after we show all the prove and evidence to them, sendle promise us 10days they will give us the answers now it's been over 30days already, I feel like I'm being robbed but can't do anything, I won't let this matter go ill continued fight to get my money back from sendle, does anyone same the same situation as me out there?

I’ve had an absolutely nightmarish experience with SENDLE, and it feels like I’ve been dealing with a criminal organization. This time, they didn't just lose my 3 packages—they deliberately rerouted them to their own location, forged a signature, and never returned them to me. It's clear this is organized fraud! I’ve been fighting for 70 days, and nothing has been done about it. DO NOT use this company! They are untrustworthy and deceptive—beware at all costs!

Driver picked up my parcel told me i didnt need a label and printed his own. Parcel got lost and because it "never ented the network" its not covered.
Customer service asked me if i had CCTV like im a big business when im just a regular person selling on ebay.
Do not use sendle at any cost, its not worth it. Customer service will blame you and not cover.
Great if you want your online business to fail
I've used sendle for about 700 parcels.
550 made it to the customer.
The ones that did often had other problems. Like being charged extra for the parcel magically becoming three to four times the size I booked.
Item not picked up
I was using Sendle for the first time to send a parcel to a customer. I was promised pickup for the following day which never happened. I then contacted them multiple times over the next few days (no phone number so had to use the messaging within the website), their courier does not deliver on weekends so i had to wait until monday for another promised pickup date which never happened. I finally had them cancel my order and went to Canada Post. This was an extremely stressful experience.

Terrible customer service! delivered my package to the wrong address, they said "we don't speak French".. are you fkn kidding me!!, copy paste the address into google maps you bunch of bozos!

I have only ever had a negative experience with sendle. DO NOT SEND RECORDS THROUGH SENDLE! eBay need to get rid of this mess of a company. Im an ebay seller.. eBay promotes sendle prices like its cheaper.. then the customer pays but wait for it! Sendle may not pickup at your address or drop off at the buyers address as its just not in the destinations they deliver too..... WHAT COMPANY STARTS A POSTING BUSINESS THAT DOESNT DELIVER! eBay should be ashamed of this company attached to their name... ebay fees already cost a seller on there enough! let alone being slugged an extra $10... because sendle will not deliver or pickup! so as a seller.... IT SUCKS! MIDDLE FINGER UP SENDLE, EAT A HORSE D, No one uses your shty business as its unreliable.. get out of here.
Sendle is a NO
Very disorganised and difficult to accurately track- my package was not where the information indicated it would be- eventually returned to the source where I found out it was sold to someone else. Had tracking been accurate and the process of reporting an undelivered package not been so onerous, I could have avoided this whole issue. I will not be purchasing something from a company using Sendle again.
