Dougie called and fitted my stairlift, very pleased

The stair lift was removed from our newly bought home. The job was done very promptly (about half an hour) by Tony C., who was also very nice.

Sell my Stairlift offered a fair price to remove and recycle my stairlift. The administration was efficient. John, from Senior Stairlifts, removed it in just half an hour. He was very helpful and left the house clean and tidy. Thank you!

Ashton & Steve did a great job and cleared upwell

This morning Tony C came to remove the stairlift from my father’s home as my father has recently gone into residential care.
Within less than an hour the rail and chair had been removed . Tony was very courteous and arrived promptly.
Fantastic service -from installation a couple of years ago to the removal today
I would highly recommend this company.

I had Tony L and he was brilliant, very helpful, did a great job and talked me through everything to get me up and down my stairs, perfect .

Just had my late mother’s stairlift uninstalled and removed by Johnny. Excellent service, very efficient work and very personable. Great job

Tony C took down our stairlift and was very polite and efficient. He did a professional job, finishing quickly and cleared everything away. I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend him.

We had our Senior Stairlift installed last Tuesday, Jordan was the engineer, we were very pleased to see him as he had visited our home before for the measuring and configuration. The lift was fitted in the morning with no problems. Jordan is a clean and tidy worker but above all he showed great consideration and understanding in explaining the use of the lift to my husband. Thank you Jordan, we wish you well.

My stair lift stopped working on Wenesday two men came out Friday and replaced two batteries waited while I tested it, unfortunately after two hours it stopped, rang again and they sent an engineer out who said we needed a new chairlift. Dan organised a new one would be fitted Thursday but the Engineer was very honest and told me they had given him a recondition one he rang Dan who said how sorry he was and a new one could be fitted on Monday. Sean spoke to him and said he would fit it on Saturday as he could see I needed it. Thank you Dan for organising everything and Sean thank you for coming down from the north to fit my new chairlift.

What a fantastic service we recieved from senior stair lifts. They insatalled it over 18 months ago and were great service for call out on a incident that stopped it working. Recently we joined their yearly service plan and we recieved a very professional and thorough service from sean, one of their engineers. Keep up the good work, we would definately recommend the service to others.

Shaun from Senior Stairlifts came to collect my used stairlift today. What a pleasant and young man. Would highly recommend him. First class

Tony C has just been to remove our stairlift. What a lovely and efficient gentleman. In addition, he was brilliant with my dog who was very keen to greet him! Very pleased to have been able to sell the stairlift. The company we bought it from initially would have happily removed it and sold it on second hand, but would not have given us any money for it, so it was really nice to be able to sell it on to Senior Stairlift and recoup at least some of the money we spent on it.

Tony was very swift and polite. Tony was able to complete the work in 30 mins and was very tidy. Service has been amazing, thank you to Rachel Watmuff for your assistance. Even when I was stressing you would telephone me, to reassure me. Thank you both x

Prompt arrival, lovely engineer, Tony C, quick, efficient and polite. Credit to the team.

My stairlift wasn’t easy to install as I had limited room, due to a set of drawers I didn’t want to move, plus a handrail I needed to keep. Reece & Sean, engineers from Senior Stairlifts, solved this problem between them so that I can safely use the stairlift with confidence. They were both very kind, efficient & courteous.

Tony C arrived in a timely manner. He was very polite and courteous. He carried out the removal of the stair lift in a professional and efficient manner. He left the site in a tidy condition.

Shaun was very professional and assisted with my problem. Well done Shaun
