Carl has done a brilliant job. Great communication from beginning to end. He was on time, quick work and he even made carpet looking good afterwards. Rachel from the office was also amazing - communication, valuation, advice. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for starlift service.

THE BEST THERE IS …
When my mother was moving house three years ago we were looking for someone to remove the one we had in the old house & install one in the new house. After some research & lots of phone calls I came across Senior Stairlifts & they were fantastic from the start. Joe arranged an assessment of the new property & advised on the best one for us.
It was used for three years. Unfortunately this year my mother passed away & when I contacted them again to remove the stairlift they were wonderful, full of compassion, kindness & understanding & arranged for it to be removed as soon as they had someone available.
Dealing with Joe, Rachel, Darren & the rest & the team has been a delight & I can’t thank them enough.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Senior Stairlifts as they treat everyone as an individual person & not just another customer.
Thank you folks. 🙏🏽

Hi Rikki, Thank you for sharing something so personal with us. We are so very sorry for the loss of your mother. It means a great deal that, across the whole journey from three years ago to now, Joe, Rachel, Darren and the rest of the team could bring some genuine compassion and care at what has been such a difficult time. Please do take care of yourself, and thank you for trusting us with this.

Excellent service throughout
Senior Stairlifts came to our rescue when my husband stairlift stopped working. The salesman who originally visited was very competent and explained our options without making us feel any pressure. After ordering, installation took place within 7 working days. Raith Stringer, our installer, removed the old stair lift and installed the new one in a couple of hours. He was very pleasant, professional and understanding throughout. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase.
