Arran came to install my stairlifts, good worker, outstanding knowledge of stairlifts, would recommend arran

What a delight to find a company with ethical salesmen who aren't just after a big sale figure to satisfy themselves .They turned up on time to quote , understood my issues and when I decided I would go ahead and fund my own stairlift, Occupational Therapy sent companies who immediate said " we don't have anything to do that" , they quickly supplied and fitted my stairlift.
When I was having a conversation to negotiate the final cost of the stairlift , the original lift having had to be amended after the automatic hinge rail didn't clear the doorway , it was suggested that a Thyssenkrupp design might work for my setting, it was a little more expensive but it would better future proof me.Within just over a week Reece was at my door to exchange the Brookes lift for the Thyssenkrupp within two hours he had the job done, tidied up and demonstrated my new stairlift. I am extremely pleased and would recommend this company as honest and genuinely interested in their customers needs.

Darren and Shaun attended exactly as said. Very happy with service

Senior Stairlifts rescued a damsel in distress! The previous installer of my stairlift had gone into administration and so I couldn't call on my warranty when my stairlift stopped working. Senior Stairlifts sent out lovely Jordan and he was prompt, efficient and solved the problem that other companies had refused to even look at. So hats off to Jordan and to Leanne (?} at Head Office. What a delightful company - thankyou all of you.
