Really good customer service when I needed a smeg fridge spare.Very helpful on phone and dispatched part swiftly.

Excellent service and communication I have used them twice as short term rental guests can be a bit heavy handed and they are my number one choice to solve this type of problem

Good points. Ordering parts was straightforward and customer service was excellent.
Bad points. Two out of three items ordered were out of stock and took time to arrive. One of the items was not an exact replacement so necessitated buying a compatible extra item.
Online communications could be improved as information was spread out necessitation much scrolling.

Once correct part located on site, easy ordering. Had to wait a bit for part to arrive from italy, but overall happy with the service. Would use again, but hope i don't have to.... But it is Italian..... poorly designed item.

Went here after B&Q sent me a spare that was defective.

Support were really good, it was well packaged and everything works as it should.

Delivery took a while but that's down to Royal Mail. Worth the wait though.

Urgently needed a replacement filter for my coffee machine. Sourced it with Servevast Direct, and can safely say the whole process was fantastic. The replacement was reasonably priced……communication throughout was excellent…..delivery was quick. I was very impressed indeed and would strongly recommend using this company. Fantastic service all round. And you can get a small discount if you buy from them again.

The best way to get a genuine replacement parts for your Smeg appliance. Delivery took some time but I was informed all the way what was happening and the part arrived in perfect condition. My fridge is like new again.

Reported a problem with a leak in filter of my out-of-warranty espresso machine and was pleased with your, no hesitation, offer to send me replacement filters. When the courier had a problem with delivery of same, you immediately stepped in to problem solve. It is so refreshing (and rare now ) to experience excellence in after sales service and 100% encourages me to chose Smeg for future purchases

There was superb communication with the company. After I had placed the order I was worried that I had ordered the wrong length. After giving the details of the SMEG job model and which burner I needed the part for they responded quickly to reassure me I had ordered the correct part. They then emailed me when the part had been sent, who would deliver it and when and then it was delivered on time.

I inadvertently damaged my ceramic Smeg hob; therefore, I contacted the company to inquire about obtaining the necessary replacement part. Promptly after providing the required information, I received links to the spare parts and also a referral to a company capable of installation. I had to await the arrival of the part, which was received today. The installation is scheduled for Monday. I have no complaints regarding the service or the price.
