Was trying to source the correct part for my Smeg Fridge they were really helpful with sending through information and then when it didn't match, we sent images and they located the exact part we needed. Very quick email responses too.

very efficient service and helpful staff. The replacement clock/timer was compatible but had a different wiring layout. So I telephoned the Smeg spares operator at servevast direct who not only answered the phone but sent me an updated wiring diagram by e mail.

Ordered a smeg wok stand from servevast but my item was on back order customer services notified me of expected delivery date, when it was back in stock company notified me it would be sent out same day excellent communication. I received it next day well packaged and a original smeg product so happy I choose servevast, will definitely order from them again everything about my experience was excellent highly recommend
