Terrible and not responsive service. Bought an over $17000 recliner double single bed and it started to make noise quite immediately. A few attempts to repair but failed. Waited for parts over a months and the issue began June and now is September. Gave them several reminders and complaints, still no update. Finally the manager decided to respond after I furiously said I want a refund and being to case to the technician. Super disappointing. My advice is don’t buy anything that require services like the electronics related. After service is super bad. I hope this feedback goes to the management as I don’t think their approach and don’t care attitude represent the brand.

Tempur bed cover torn which only realised after a month. It is the manufacturing defect where fabric torn by itself and not by external caused. Inspection taking so long to complete and was told the claim rejected. Bad experience! Using cheap fabrics. Buy at your own risk. Paid a premium for something that’s not worth !!

Excellent customer service from Sales person Edwin You, who took the initiative to explain the various model that is suitable for me and assisted with the upgrade of mattress to meet my requirements. thank you

I went to the shop and you did not have stock for the pillow that I wanted and the shop assistant seemed unable to answer questions. I ordered online and you took over a week to deliver. The cool pillow works well though the XL size seems to be quite small.

do not buy unless you enjoy bad customer service experience (hidden fees, fake promotions etc) and mediocre product (other brands out there are better in terms of quality and customer care experience), dont be fooled by the NASA association

Entire purchase process was smooth. Very good quality sleep and no regrets!
