Extortion and blackmail
If I could screenshot and post a picture, I would share all the blackmail and extortion that this company has been trying to pull. They sent us worn dirty shoes. We immediately sent them pictures of it, and now they are trying to blackmail us and say that we need to take down our reviews in order to get a refund continuing to message us at midnight saying that they will issue a refund if we remove the review that’s absolutely crazy. This is an extremely bad company to buy from and I’m trying to warn everyone before this exact same situation happens to anyone else.

We would like to clarify that SHAKICKS has never intended to pressure, extort, or withhold a refund in exchange for the removal of a review. Any discussion regarding a goodwill adjustment was meant as part of our efforts to reach a mutually acceptable resolution, not as a condition for support.
Our goal has always been to resolve the matter fairly, and we remain willing to continue working with you directly to find an appropriate solution. We value honest customer feedback, even when it is critical, as it helps us improve our service.
We apologize again for the frustration this situation has caused and hope to have the opportunity to make things right.
Extortion
I’m writing this review to give a honest review on exactly what has happened to me. I ordered two pairs of shoes from them one for myself and one for my wife for a special occasion. When the shoes arrived they were completely damaged. The box was destroyed and they look like they had been worn replicas, and we didn’t know at the time that they were replicas, which we take full responsibility for on that part but the fact that we were sent damaged shoes is unacceptable and then when I reached out to customer service, their resolution was to send us 70% back. I stated that that was not OK. I paid 100% of the cost so I should get 100% of the refund and then they started bringing up about me removing the review that my wife had already made and that they would give back 80% of our money only if we removed the review so now they’re extorting us and borderline blackmailing us that they’re not going to send the money unless we remove the review so this is why we’ve gone on now and created a second review that they absolutely earned. Mind you we still have not gotten refund

Patience
I made my order but didn't receive a tracking number. So I thought that it was a bogus site. So I made a complaint. Two days went by and the company made contact with me and ensured me that they were a legitimate site. However, the product that I ordered would take extra time to be sent or I could select a different product. I did and they arrived as promised. The product is legit, authentic and of good quality material. I'm totally satisfied both with my purchase and customer service.
