Fedex made several attempts to deliver but to no avail, I texted customer service and the response was phenomenal, they walked me through how to contact FedEx and retrieve my package. They were there the whole entire time giving me information and instructions. Thank you so much.

The Jordan shoes were too big and I…
The Jordan shoes were too big and I wanted to return. They wanted me to take pictures of the soles and send which I did. I have never had that kind of request. They did not fit. I paid $159 with no shipping. They said to return would $50-$70. This item obviously came from another country. I tried the reach them through the customer service email on the website and did not go through. Be careful I will never buy from them again.

Requesting photos (including soles) is a standard verification step. We did try to assist and offer solutions, but did not receive your cooperation. Please reply to our messages so we can continue working toward a resolution.
