I wish to return a pair of shoes that…

I wish to return a pair of shoes that were too big. However, trying to return the product is almost impossible unless you are close to a parcel point which im not. I found it very frustating. So although i have used Shein in the past and mostly stuff is ok or cheap enough to give away if it doesnt fit. But i will really think twice before I purchase from them again. If they were more open about returns i would shop at Shein more often. And I will warn everyone I know about using Shein.

They make it impossible to complain – unacceptable

Shein is deliberately making it hard for customers to complain or request refunds. It’s not just bad customer service — it’s a system designed to exhaust you until you give up.

I received a defective item, and trying to get a refund has been a nightmare. The dress arrived broken straight out of the bag, and yet they’ve made it nearly impossible to leave a review or submit a proper complaint. The option to review the product doesn’t even appear in my account.

We are paying real money — sometimes a lot — for clothes that wouldn’t even be worth one dollar given the condition they arrive in. This is unacceptable and disrespectful.

I will never trust this company again. They don’t care about customers — only about profit.

Shein uses the worst delivery service possible (iMile) and blames customers for their mistakes

I ordered from Shein to my address that clearly includes a unit number in a building. However, iMile delivered my parcel to a completely different house with no unit number, no building name, and not even the correct street. I have photo evidence from iMile showing they dropped it off at a house, and photos of my actual building mailbox as proof.

I repeatedly showed Shein the evidence. Instead of helping, they kept asking me to contact the courier (iMile) myself and provide confirmation—despite me not having any contract with iMile. That’s Shein’s job.

It took days of going back and forth, condescending replies, and asking me to “get CCTV footage” when there wasn’t even a delivery attempt at my building.

Thankfully the stranger who received my package returned it to the post office, but it still hasn’t been redelivered.

Horrible service. Horrible communication. If you’re going to outsource to iMile, be prepared for lost parcels and gaslighting.

I have never had a single issue with SHEIN

I have never had a single issue with SHEIN. I’ve never had a problem with a delivery not turning up. Returns are easy and hassle free. Their app is user friendly and I find the quality of the clothing exceptional given how inexpensive they are. I have nothing but positive things to say about SHEIN

I ordered a dress for NYE

I ordered a dress for NYE. They sent a photo of an address not known, with my parcel thrown over a fence. Shien said it had been delivered and signed for. This is a Lie. I have asked for a refund a few times. Seems to be a Robot I’m mainly dealing with, or they can’t understand English. What a rip…give theses so and so’s , a Big miss !!!

Un site que je déconseille vivement

Un site que je déconseille vivement. Impossible de déduire mes points sur mes commandes depuis plus de 3 mois, et malgré mes signalements, la seule chose qu'ils sont capables de me demander est "veuillez nous envoyer une capture d'écran". J'en suis à la 10ème capture d'écran envoyée, et rien n'est résolu. Pire, j'avais + de 4000 points, et je n'ai plus que 2000 points car ils sont expirés chaque jour, alors que je ne peux pas les utiliser. Ils ont en plus le culot de m'envoyer des mails me disant "veuillez utiliser vos points qui vont expirer" Alors que je ne peux pas les utiliser. Un service client inexistant, que des réponses identiques par des robots qui disent toujours la même chose, sans jamais rien solutionner. Trop déçue, car ce site que j'utilise maintenant depuis + de 2 ans, fonctionnait très bien avant, mais il ne faut avoir aucun problème, sinon aucune solution apportée. Tel est mon problème aujourd'hui. Si d'autres personnes rencontrent le même problème que moi, merci de le faire savoir.

With some of the orders that they get will get to the customers are grat but when i comes to electronics you will never get then and then when you come front them that will make excuse after another and u do not get a sent back not even the product

I have brought from Shein

I have brought from Shein, and their quality is fantastic on the ones that I got, and there has not been any trouble so far BUT.
Over and over again, I have gone onto their site, selected a few things, and because of some reason or another, I have left it for a while (maybe a day or two), and then when I have opened it again the cart says it is empty, Sometimes I have not even clicked off the page or closed my computer down, and I thought that I must be accidently clicking it off each time.
This time, I had not closed my computer down nor clicked off the site and it said that I had 5 up, then when I went to look at my cart, it said that there was nothing there.

Pushing customers to keep items that SHEIN is unable to sell

I recently ordered from Shein and received the wrong product. They did not provide me with refund and instead wanted me to print a return label and take the item to post shop. Despite explaining that I don’t have a printer to print the return label and lack the time to go to the post shop, they provided no practical solution. Suggesting I ask friends or neighbors to print the label was incredibly inconvenient and outdated in today’s digital age. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Shein due to their poor customer service and lack of consideration for customer needs.
To make matters worse, Shein offered me a mere $0.50 as compensation for my trouble, which I find inadequate and insulting. It feels as though they are pushing customers to buy items that they are unable to sell.

Bad customer service snd rip off

My partner ordered a whole bunch of stuff from SHEIN at the beginning of December 2024. She got a notification the day before it was due to be delivered on 15 December stating that there was gonna be delayed for a period of time due to the Christmas workload we gave it to the end of December to contact Sheen as the parcel did not turn up And seen they responded with the fact that the parcel was lost was our fault and we had left it too long to contact them for a refund or replacement of the items but due to the Christmas periods no businesses were open to contact. I find SHEIN to be a money scamming business that sells cheap goods that aren’t worth the money you pay for.

The quality of the fabric and the design of the clothing is second to none!! With all the young and upcoming designers new to the industry that SHEIN gives them the opportunity to showcase their work and add all of that to the fact they are so affordable as well. It’s not what you wear it’s how you wear it??? Was that Coco Chanel 🤔🤔

They don’t deliver or refund

Thieves who throw your package on the street for not to be stolen and then make sure you only access bots for customer service that never resolve the issue. Goodbye forever. And I’m reviewing them everywhere now

DO NOT USE - $450 order never arrived

spent $450 on an order, that never arrived. Multiple attempts to contact Shein via raising tickets as well as live chats and have received the same copied and pasted / auto generated response every time. No resolution has been provided. Also spent multiple attempts contacting their chosen delivery provider (DFP Logistics) and had no luck, with the same automatically generated responses or a generic copied and pasted response.

So far 4 attempts to speak to a customer agent in Shein (Raising tickets, emailing and live chat) and 5 attempts to their logistics provider via email and raising tickets in the website.

No way of getting in contact with a human so a huge risk. I would never use their service again and would recommend the same to anyone else who is considering using Shein in Australia.

Don't waste you time or money

Don't waste you time or money, my order hasn't moved from Melbourne airport according to tracking for 8 day's, you can't speak to anybody except for a bot that says "according to our tracking your order has been delivered" while tracking shows it arriving in Aus but never moving.
