I received my order this morning, I am so disappointed with my Bohemian Christmas Wreath, the picture is beautiful my Wreath is disgusting for $25.00 it's shameful.

Terrible company. They use the worst couriers. My parcel has been sitting the depot for over a week and its only 10mins from my house. No response from customers service and no way of contacting the logistics company. Will not be buying from these clowns ever again. Beware of these frauds

I ordered 9 items from shien but there were only 7 in the consignment with two missing n those were the two dresses for miusol but they say it was in the consignment..very very disappointing..will not be ordering any more from shien...total rip off..so people be careful

I received a text saying my order is delivered. It was NEVER delivered. No ringing of the doorbell, no phone call, nothing.
Please stay away from this awful company.

Absolutely terrible. Can’t get any customer service. I’ve tried to contact them on their website, Facebook and instagram. There’s been items left in my cart when I’ve checked out and paid. I wanted these items, they didn’t say they were sold out. This has happened the last two times I bought from SHEIN

Als je SHEIN officiële site hebt en op ‘contact us’ klikt krijg je eerst weer de kortingscodes voor je neus en dan een heel verhaal waar je niets mee kunt. Vervolgens staat eronder ‘ klantenservice’ waarvan de site niet geopend wordt. Als ik inlog vind ik ook niet hoe ik SHEIN kan contacteren en moet ik vervolgens weer de kortingscodes verwijderen om verder te gaan. Snappen die gasten niet dat je gewoon geholpen wilt worden en dan geen nieuwe producten en kortingscodes voor je neus wilt hebben. Ik kan niet al mijn bestellingen zien. (Ik ben dus nu ingelogd!) dan kun je via je mobiele nr. zelf de bestelling zoeken. Als ik dat doe dan krijg ik de melding ‘account is al ingelogd’ en zo gaat het maar door. Zo irritant. Als het zo moeilijk gemaakt wordt om een bedrijf te contacteren dan moet eerst maar eens goed nadenken of je hier wat wilt bestellen. Ik bestel NOOIT MEER BIJ SHEIN!!

Absolutely worst. Do not buy from Shein. They are a scam. They do not abide by Australian consumer standards. Ordered 4 items that were delivered to a wrong address. Tried contacting shein and they have been no help at all. They keep saying its been delivered so we cant refund or replace items although its delivered to a wrong address.

Stay away from these scammers.

I purchased a top, it ended up being far too big for me. I’ve contacted the company more than once to see how to proceed with a return, with zero response.

Ahhhh child labour. The best way to make money off dumb consumers who don't know a damn about the history of this company. On a serious note, do NOT buy from these guys. If you do, you are supporting a company that uses child labour and forced adult labour to rip off consumers who don't know anything about this. They know that the consumers will buy from their website and won't give a damn about the terrible work ethic of this company.

Hi Everyone. I've finally received both my overdue orders from Shein a few days ago. The stress has finally eased. I'm thankful that I still received them but over the stress of trying to get a straight answer from Shein and the lateness of my orders. I think it will be a while if ever before I purchase from Shein again.

Here's an update once again on my dealings with Shein. I still have 2 orders that I haven't received. The later order is still sitting at our Brisbane airport and I've been emailed that my order that was due on the 11th October, is with the delivery driver. That was 2 days ago. I've never known a courier to take 2 days and
probably more as i still haven't received it,to deliver a package from our airport to my suburb. And also received a reply that I have to wait till their 7 days of investigation is finished before I can contact Shein again. I am totally lost and bamboozled as what to do.

I don't think that know how to improve !! I ordered 2 T - shirts (so simple) both arrived they were to be exactly the same style except for the colour. The brown one fitted lovely but the maroon one was like a boob tube - short version - not what I ordered. I have sent messages & still waiting to hear back & now I am told my '45 day return' has expired !!!!! Your fault SHEIN you stuffed up the order, now I am stuck with a T-shirt (boob tube shirt) that would probably fit my 7yr granddaughter. Talk about 'customer service - none !! Not happy JAN !!!!!

I ordered 5 tops from Shein which arrived on time on Oct.15 2024. I am so pleased with all the items. I ordered M for 2 shirts & the Margarita T ( all fabulous) and S for the sweatshirts (great) I will order again.

Didn’t receive my order even though they said it was delivered. The delivery company delivered in the middle of the night and it was left outside the main door to the units. They have refused refund so I put a claim through PayPal and was refused because the company provided a tracking number and said it was delivered. Be very careful ordering from this company

Worst Shein frauds provide worst poor quality product and Rob people's money avoid this site

I have bought several clothing items from Shein which were a perfect fit. The material is as described. I bought several tops in the same style and different colours, also other tops all which are so soft and comfortable. I love all of my purchases from Shein. My items arrived on time and were well packed. I was surprised to read about Shein not paying their seamstresses a proper wage, as they deserve a decent hourly wage for the excellent work they do, as the garments are well made and I hope this changes for them. I cannot remember the exact dates so I have put an approximate one for the date of experience
