Awful..have been waiting for delivery since the 28th of June, have emailed twice and received no response after a week (despite Shelving centre's claim to aim to respond within 48hrs)..

I am going to be forced to report the payment as fraudulant..And all this falafel over a love seat I could have easily purchased on Amazon.

Disappointed to say the least..

lovely bench for the price, easy to put together. don't expect next day delivery, it's next day despatch if your lucky, but still fairly quick.

Placed an order with these people, but order never arrived, each time I phoned the lines were engaged, emailed them had no reply then when I cancelled the order I get an email from them saying my order was not processed as payment was declined, I checked my online banking to see I had funds in my account sufficient amount to purchase the table and chairs, they told me I could re-order using different pay method, I declined offer and brought equally good table and chair set including parasol from Wilco’s for same price, order went through no problem table and chairs are being delivered 4 days time.

Bought for a wedding present within 2 days the chairs started to fall apart
Unable to contact anyone to replace same as customer services none existence
In all honesty don't know how you have nerve to ask for survey

Ordered bench in MAY. Company took money out of my account 21 st May.
Subsequently phoned on the 7th of June to find out why bench not delivered yet money withdrawn?
I was told there was an IT issue, benches were sitting and my order would be processed.
After further emails, dont phone you will not get through, I was told I would get a refund.
Another email came advising me that my bench would be delivered.
Got my bench in july, 40 days after my order, only to find out that one piece of wood had an 8 inch section broken and one brass screw missing.
Further emails sent this week, no answer back or apology for the inconvenience.
So I wonder how long i will have to wait to get an answer or will I have to phone..sorry can't phone they never answer, before i get my new piece of wood and a screw.
I would give minus stars if I could. This company is totallt lacking in customer service. They are only interested in taking your money, not follow up phone calls, sorry they don't phone either, to ensure product delivered are ok.

I placed an with this company and never received any goods also thay took 3 amounts of my from my bank account
After 7 days of trying to contact by phone and email it took a threatening letter before I got a reply would not recommend this company
