Very quick delivery. Everything good

The garden bench arrived much sooner than expected. The box it was in was damaged, but all the parts were there. It was easy to build and although not as well varnished as the much more expensive B & Q version, still looks great in the garden.

I have called and emailed about my purchase and have not received a response. It has been a week and no contact has been made from them. The item was damaged when I opened it to check it. No attempt from the company to reply to my numerous emails. Lack of customer service.

Do not trust this company. Took my money under a different business name (beauty for less) No goods and have ignored all my calls and emails.

I ordered an outdoor cupboard cost £64 and was told it would arrive in 24 hours however after numerous phone calls and delays it arrived over a week later. The parcel was torn and in a very poor package there were bits of plastic everywhere as the parcel was so badly packed. Emails to the company took some time to be replied to and I am now waiting for a refund. It is such a shame as I am sure you are normallky OK

Item arrived at stated time which was brilliant. Item was easy to assemble but no instructions for those who have never used one previously. I thought item was thinner than the projected picture. Yet to try it but looks good.

The cupboard arrived very quickly. It was easy to put together. It feels slightly flimsy but seems to be keeping everything dry inside so I’m happy with it.

I would give zero stars if at all possible. Parcel arrived badly damaged with all sizes ripped and my son signed for it as I was at work. Driver wrote note on his delivery sheet to say box badly damaged. I had ordered a swing bench.
When I got home and took a look (didn't need to unwrap it as it was already unwrapped) the bench is badly scratched and basically looks second hand.
Have tried to contact their customer services and cannot get through. My son has left 2 emails and no response saying we needed a replacement and how disgusted we are at the item delivered. If I wanted second hand I would have brought from ebay!
So far no resolution. Would not buy from this company again. Extremely bad service. And the customer service is apaling

Very good service, the shelving arrived promptly as stated. The shelves went together OK and are of good quality. Correctly assembled they form a very stable and usable shelving system for the garage.

No delivery, no communication, do not answer phone. Have started case with my credit card company to recover my money.

Dealings with the company first class.
Shelving perhaps a little lighter than heavyweight as described.

I ordered some garden furniture and the service was excellent from start to finish.
