I am trying to cancel the service, where do I go to cancel.

Jetzt bei Shift mit dem Shiftphone haben wir in Deutschland ein Super Gerät und Nachhaltig mit tauschbaren Display und Akku. Wer sich Samsung und Apple leisten kann, kann auch Shift und das ist langfristig die bessere Wahl.

Don't sign up for their services. They are fraudsters and are doing a scam with the people. I have signed up for the 4-week trial for US$19.99 and then later learnt that after putting in all details, another $34.99 gets deducted, which was illegal. By default, they will also activate your billing cycle for the next month without taking any consent from the customer.

Their cancellation terms and conditions are vague and cannot be challenged in court because you have taken their subscription in your country, hence, you can't file any case against them.

i have written them emails and also tried to chat with their experts; however, there is no response. Please don't fall into their trap; they are big fraudsters to loot your money

I am looking for a complete refund of my amount from the shift team.

Absolute shit. Waste of time & money. You can ask any AI on career counselling and it will vomit out a bunch of articles. The same articles, and I mean it, just articles is what Shift careers is charging for. They have a few quiz, good for nothing quiz - on day 2 or 3 the quiz was about what profession best suits me, and guess what, the result was - teacher or painter. After 6 years of working in corporate, as per Shift Careers advice, I am supposed to go to art school? I mean seriously, its such a waste of time & money, These quiz and articles are just global copy paste. I am not even bothered to ask them for refund because I am really stupid to have fallen for this. I just hope this review helps someone else. Stop falling for these scammers. Its really a waste of time & money. And yes, whilst advertising, they say there is a money back guarantee. this is from their FAQs - Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, we provide revisions to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. And in the cases where you see there is a refund, they also have a policy that says you need to continuously use the app for 7 days only then you are eligible for refund. I don't bother wasting 7 days of mine trying to find out which school or which profession I should choose at this age. Atleast take the bare minimum effort to diversify the quiz based on your target group. I am not a 5th grader for God's sake.

Terrible experience.
I made a payment and never received the login details. I requested a refund and clearly stated that I was no longer interested in using the platform. Instead of addressing my refund request, they sent instructions on how to access the platform—which still didn't work.
I followed up and repeated that I wanted a refund, not account access. Since then, they've gone completely silent.
Poor customer service, poor communication, and still no refund. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Terrible scam - I made the mistake of signing up and emailed within 10 minutes to cancel. No reply then they’ve taken £41. Disaster. Avoid this scam. Shift have replied but with the same email address I had been using to ask them to cancel from the beginning. Avoid.

I’ve had subscription for 7 day trial for $9.99 on 8th June and same day I cancelled it but still they charge another $39.99 on 14th June and when I asked them for refund and contact them still no reply. This is just a scam to grab the money without your consent and nothing else please guys avoid them and just block them whenever you see this app advertising on instagram or any social media. This is behavioural fraud with unauthorized transaction.

Signed up for the 4 week trial for £19.99 and then later learnt after putting in all details another £32.99 gets deducted which was unauthorized. No warnings whatsoever. I immediately cancelled the subscription and will be contacting my bank soon for a reversal on both the transactions.

Another scam, I bought the trial for 4 weeks only. After the trial they charge your card for subscription without any reminders. There unsubscribe button was not working. Immediately I contacted them and asked for refund. They refuse to refund.

Update; I have sent an email with details.
2nd update: no response from them tommy email even after week.

Worst experience—highly suspicious and completely unresponsive.
I have had a terrible experience with shiff.careers. They send an overwhelming number of automated emails, yet completely ignore direct replies and support inquiries. Worse, I have lost a significant amount of money with zero resolution. Avoid this platform; it feels like a total scam.

They are horrible . Their service is pathetic . They will try to fool you in ordering their subscription . Please be very very careful before deciding to swipe your card and pay them . Refund is a mission possible . Simple advice . Please avoid them

No communication while the subscription is active. Suddenly out of the blue they will charge you of the fees. Did not find any of the materials useful. Not at all recommended.

Complete waste of time and money! SCAM! Cancelled within 15 minutes and asked for a refund. Of course they're slow with responding!

AGAIN, THIS SITE IS A SCAM!

After I paid, I wasn't even able to log in so I could use the service. I sent an email for help, they sent me the simple steps to follow that everybody knows, and of course, I had done all the troubleshooting, but the result was negative.
I asked them to refund the money but they are not answering just ghosting.
The customer service person's name is Faye. I feel they are scammer.
They advertise that you can start with $20 but its not the case. They are just abluff master. There are many hidden fees. Every step you go in application, they ask for extra money.
Stay away with the cheater.
