This website is such a scam. If you cancel your subscription they are not gonna refund you. Firstly they will show you some subscription options and then after the payment they will ask you to add other things and at that time they don’t show any amount. But when you click on add to cart they will deduct huge amount from your account. Same thing happened with me and when I’m asking for my refund they are saying these are against our refund policy. Such a scam website I am never gonna recommend shift careers to anyone. People are coming here to get hired not to pay you these much amount. Guy’s please don’t you this website they are doing scam with us. I lost my 10000/- INR. I believe others don’t want to do this.

I approached Shift with curiousity but with much needed work on my documents because I felt I had the wrong approach. Not reading much into this intention, I received a bundle of support, advice, guidance that continues to this point from Mheanry, Faye and Adrian. They have checked in, kept in contact, extended themselves Above and Beyond the Call of Duty for which I remain very grateful. I look forward with much expectation from Valerie.

1⭐ Worst experience. I was charged ₹7,281.86 during signup and cancelled everything within 30 minutes after noticing the multiple charges. Despite not using the subscriptions, every refund request was denied. The purchase flow was misleading, and the ₹1,909 Interview Guide was never made clear to me during checkout. Support kept repeating their policy instead of resolving the issue. Please read every charge carefully before making any payment

Worst ever experience

This is misleading and i paid for nothing. I have expected an AI auto apply agent instead i got a day by day plan which i need to follow in my job search. I am not at all happy with this.

Team helped recreate my resume so I can apply to jobs other than teaching. We both agreed I need help with technology. Great to work with and great turnaround on answers to questions.

I found the website only moderately useful as I already had a pretty robust CV and I personally didn't learn much from the exercises. (Others' experiences may vary.) So only 3 stars for the website. However, the job coaching session was excellent. Thanks to the advice and materials she provided, I've really upped my game and LinkedIn profile. I look forward to my second session at the end of the month.

Ich habe es selbst erlebt. Man muss kein Apple oder Samsung kaufen um ein hochwertigen Handy zu haben. Die Zeiten sind vorbei. Jetzt bei Shift mit dem Shiftphone haben wir in Deutschland ein Super Gerät und Nachhaltig mit tauschbaren Display und Akku. Wer sich Samsung und Apple leisten kann, kann auch Shift und das ist langfristig die bessere Wahl.

Don't sign up for their services. They are fraudsters and are doing a scam with the people. I have signed up for the 4-week trial for US$19.99 and then later learnt that after putting in all details, another $34.99 gets deducted, which was illegal. By default, they will also activate your billing cycle for the next month without taking any consent from the customer.

Their cancellation terms and conditions are vague and cannot be challenged in court because you have taken their subscription in your country, hence, you can't file any case against them.

i have written them emails and also tried to chat with their experts; however, there is no response. Please don't fall into their trap; they are big fraudsters to loot your money

I am looking for a complete refund of my amount from the shift team.

Absolute shit. Waste of time & money. You can ask any AI on career counselling and it will vomit out a bunch of articles. The same articles, and I mean it, just articles is what Shift careers is charging for. They have a few quiz, good for nothing quiz - on day 2 or 3 the quiz was about what profession best suits me, and guess what, the result was - teacher or painter. After 6 years of working in corporate, as per Shift Careers advice, I am supposed to go to art school? I mean seriously, its such a waste of time & money, These quiz and articles are just global copy paste. I am not even bothered to ask them for refund because I am really stupid to have fallen for this. I just hope this review helps someone else. Stop falling for these scammers. Its really a waste of time & money. And yes, whilst advertising, they say there is a money back guarantee. this is from their FAQs - Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, we provide revisions to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. And in the cases where you see there is a refund, they also have a policy that says you need to continuously use the app for 7 days only then you are eligible for refund. I don't bother wasting 7 days of mine trying to find out which school or which profession I should choose at this age. Atleast take the bare minimum effort to diversify the quiz based on your target group. I am not a 5th grader for God's sake.

Terrible experience.
I made a payment and never received the login details. I requested a refund and clearly stated that I was no longer interested in using the platform. Instead of addressing my refund request, they sent instructions on how to access the platform—which still didn't work.
I followed up and repeated that I wanted a refund, not account access. Since then, they've gone completely silent.
Poor customer service, poor communication, and still no refund. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Terrible scam - I made the mistake of signing up and emailed within 10 minutes to cancel. No reply then they’ve taken £41. Disaster. Avoid this scam. Shift have replied but with the same email address I had been using to ask them to cancel from the beginning. Avoid.
