Very happy!
Visited yesterday for my third appointment and once again I was extremely pleased with the service. Abigail, my dentist, was fantastic—super delicate, polite, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole experience feel effortless.
The clinic itself is new and very stylish, but most importantly, it’s spotless. The entire staff is unbelievably friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
I definitely recommend this place!

Great results and smooth process
Really happy with the results of my composite bonding. The dentist, Ismail did a wonderful job, with attention to every small detail. The whole process from initial consultation to completion was very smooth. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes I received.

5 stars First visit and I will definitely be coming back
It was my first time visiting Shmile Bromley and I will definitely be coming back! The whole experience from when you enter to when you leave is 5 stars. I had a hygiene Airflow and Ultrasonic appointment with Abigail, and not only was the service great so were the results! The whole team are super friendly and I cannot recommend this place enough, even the small touches like the goody bag after your service. I will be making this dentist my regular now!

Hygienist appointment
I recently had a hygienist appointment at Shmile practice with Abigail and Visa. It was a fabulous experience. Abigail is the best hygienist I have ever had. Visa is extremely helpful . I felt like I had a new set of teeth after my appointment. I didn't feel any discomfort during my treatment.
I would recommend Abigail and Visa to everyone.
The entire team at the practice is very friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful.
I look forward to my next appointment.

A Calming Experience
I recently visited Shmile, and my experience was truly exceptional. I arrived feeling nervous, but the warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles, setting a positive tone for my visit.
Abigail, in particular, stood out for her gentle approach and understanding demeanor. Her professionalism and care made a significant difference, and I left the clinic feeling remarkably calm.
To top it all off, I received a lovely goody bag on my way out, which was a nice touch. Overall, Shmile has earned a solid 10 out of 10 from me—it’s hands down the best dental clinic I’ve had the pleasure of visiting so far.

Had an extraction today by Dr Ismail Dumenci . I had been putting it off for several months as I have a dread of dentists. Dr Ismail put me at ease straight away he calmed me down explained everything carefully and during the procedure kept me updated about what he was doing. An absolute fantastic experience from start to finish . I called yesterday afternoon explaining I had broken part of my front tooth the receptionist sent me a what’s app link for my photo to be shown to dentist . I had an appointment made for 9am the next day with an amazing realistic price (I had been quoted twice as much at my dentist ) . All the staff are welcoming and put you at ease , Dr Ismail worked his magic and within 10 minutes he had restored my smile and confidence. I can’t thank the whole team enough .

I am so pleased I found Shmile.As soon as you walk through the door you get a very warm welcome.
I had not been to a dentist for several years due to being extremely nervous.I have had appointments with Dr Ismail and the Hygienist Abigail both made feel relaxed and comfortable explaining the procedure and checking I was OK. Composite bonding experience
After a lot of a research and looking around for the best dentist I chose to go to Shmile Bromley to get my composite bonding. The team are so kind and personal, from the consultation to the end result I couldn’t be happier with my new smile. Dr Ismail was so lovely and very thorough with his work.

Amazing experience for a great price!
I don’t leave reviews often but it was an amazing experience as soon as I walked through the door! Booked for a hygienist appointment, when I came in I was greeted by a very helpful + friendly male receptionist and the appointment itself with the dentist was a great experience! I will definitely be back and highly recommend others to book with them☺️

I took my mother to this practice in an emergency. Dr Ismail swiftly diagnosed the problem and treated a complex root canal. Everything about our experience has been exceptional - Dr Ismail’s expertise and after-care, the friendly and professional receptionist, the email and text communications, the user-friendliness of the online registration process, and the helpful staff.
