I had an excellent experience here, the staff are all very friendly and professional, making me feel very comfortable. The procedures didn’t hurt as they usually do and I got great advice on how to thoroughly look after my gums and teeth. I will be coming back and definitely recommend Shmile!

Excellent from start to finish. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and veryprofessional. I had a broken tooth and the initial assessment was that I would need work done on my root canal and crown. However, they managed to do a filling and saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend Shmile.

So, a week ago. I experienced terrible dental pain and was taking pain medication round the clock. My close friend suggested to contact Shmile Dental Clinic in Bromley as she had an amazing experience with them a few months ago. I phoned them and straight away they were able to book me an appointment. And all I can say folks, this is the BEST DENTAL CLINIC ever. Can’t thank them enough. I had my wisdom and molar toot extraction last Monday and I had an amazing and pain-less experience. From the reception staff, nurses to the expert dentists, Dr. Ishmail and especially Dr. Halil who were really helpful and caring throughout the procedure. I hated going to the dentist growing up but with them I just felt relaxed and at ease surprisingly. I didn’t regret travelling all the way from Central London to Bromley just to experience their excellent and expert services. Would definitely go back and refer them as well to my family and friends.

Highly recommend Shmile Dental Clinic. The entire team is just fantastic! I hadn’t seen a dentist in over 8 years and went to see them couple weeks back and I was looked after incredibly well and happy to say I’m no longer hesitant about seeing a dentist.

I had composite bonding done on my four front teeth at Shmile Dental Clinic. I have always had small front teeth and was very self conscious. During my consultation Dr Ismail suggested I first carry out teeth whitening so that he could better match the composite bonding to the rest of my teeth.

After two weeks of whitening, I then had composite bonding on my four front teeth. I wanted a natural looking smile and Dr Ismail and his great team really delivered. The procedure was very straightforward and I really can not believe the transformation... AMAZING!!! I honestly have not smiled properly for a long time but am now checking in the mirror quite a few times a day to really check that my new smile is really mine. Thank you all at Shmile.

Very polite and efficient customer service the members of staff made me feel very welcome which you dont get in many dental practices. I had an issue which they were quick to rectify immediately. Much appreciated. This dentist changing the narrative and providing a welcoming professional service.

10/10 to Dr Ismail and team. Professional, friendly, and personalised dental service was given during my visit to Shmile Dental Clinic last Saturday.

Dr Ismail paid attentive and thorough care during my dental check up. He later on explained the details of my check up very clearly to me and provided signposts which in turn allow me to be more meticulous in taking care of some parts of my teeth to avoid cavities.

The dental cleaning service was seamless and first-class and I was truly impressed with Dr Ismail's high level of precision and his gentle approach.

Dr Ismail and his colleagues including Erol have exuded top-class professionalism and unrivalled personalised service. Their passion and commitment to providing a high-quality customer-oriented service was testified by not only me but also by the smiling faces of all the other customers, who like me, are willing to commute to the clinic notwithstanding travel disruptions last Saturday.

Not only did I receive a thorough oral health checkup, but I also required two composite fillings, which were carried out with great care. Additionally, the hygiene teeth cleaning treatment was performed, and I must admit I was quite nervous, given the long break since my last dentist visit. The digital scans of my teeth were comfortable and this tech was much better than my previous clinic' teeth impression material they used. Omg I can’t explain how lovely and professional this dentist is. I have been so insecure about my teeth for years. Never smile, hate having my photo taken and used filters on every photo I took until now. My first visit to Shmile was amazing. We spoke through the whole procedure in detail telling me all the pros but also the cons of having composite bonding. They made me feel at such ease which gave me the confidence to book it in. Then today I went to have the bonding done. I was so nervous about what I would look like but I had no reason to because they looked and felt amazing! I haven’t stopped smiling. I can’t recommend this dentist enough. Nothing is too much trouble for them and there the most friendliest team I’ve ever met. So glad I chose them to give me a smile makeover.
