Very pleased with my purchase. Perfect fit and just what I needed. Only quibble was the length of delivery.

They are a terrible scamming company. I ordered sandals and when they came they did not fit and looked cheap. When I asked them to return them they were not happy and I would have to return them to The Netherlands which is expensive. I e mailed them and said I wanted a refund. They could offer me 30% so I was not happy. They have the nerve to e mail me if I was happy with the sandals and cannot get hold of them. If I send an e mail it comes back saying can't send. I paid £32 for the sandals and they have not refunded a penny. I am so mad and frustrated. I had a similar problem with another company and eventually after a while now have full refund

UPDATE; I got asked for detailed photos of my return to make sure they will accept them before giving me return details….Really!! Anyway I have and the email is being rejected every time. So looks like they are not going to be returned. I wish there was something that could be done to this absolute sham of a company.

I waited nearly a month for delivery. They came and although not bad quality the sandals were too small for my dad. I am trying to return them but it’s proving so hard! There is no return information and you have to email them, wait a few days for a reply. They then ask you to send via email photographs of the item before they will provide return information. I am trying to do this but the emails with the attachments won’t send! Each time you have to wait a day for replies when advised I cannot send pictures and that’s where I am at the moment. What a micky mouse company!! Never again and hopefully all the poor reviews saves some people the hastle. I wish I had and I have a feeling I’ve lost £50!

I feel so stupid for ordering without checking this company first. They're not in the UK. It's China you're ordering from, they hide how long shipping takes, no obvious signs that they're a Chinese company. I've had no delivery and it's well over two weeks. I've now read other reviews and it does not look promising.

I waited a long time for delivery of these shoes. I was hoping for a decent orthotic comfortable trainer. When they arrived what a disappointment the quality is so poor but I thought if they are comfortable that wouldn't matter. They were so poorly made the velcro on top was stitched so it rubbed on the foot.
I am trying to return and get a refund but my emails keep getting blocked saying they can't be delivered. I wish I would have read the reviews I usually do but I think I was just grateful to find a pair that would be comfortable. What an idiot never again. Stay away from this company.

Absolutely terrible service, took money for shoes for my elderly mother, sent emails saying my order was being processed, after 14 days and me contacting them they responded saying my item was out of stock and it would take 20 days to refund me. Dishonest practice, holding on to money of elderly for 34 days - still waiting for refund. Avoid at all costs.

£42.98 was taken from my credit card on 28th August as well.
Since then I have had about 20 marketing mails but no shoes, and now another invitation to buy more now I've had my shoes.
I want to cancel the order and have my money back. I particularly needed them when I wrote.

I do my research when buying things, and somehow didn't come across all these awful reviews.

Ordered these for a holiday, the site says my order is fulfilled, the tracking number doesn't work, and I have no product. No way to speak to an actual human either. Don't waste your time!

Very comfortable shoes, stylish and a good fit according to the measuring instructions on the site. Delivery time as expected and quite cheap

They advertise orthopaedic footwear. The item that arrived was not as described, made with cheap material which would not provide support.

I’m going through the process of returning the items and getting a refund. This is proving convoluted to the point that I am doubtful I will get my money back.

Do not use!!!

I received a totally different colour pair of trainers than I ordered and shown on their UK website. Even the laces were dark bronze instead of a pale beige.
Very poorly made is an understatement ! The Left inner-sole with the arch support was in the Right shoe ?
Cheap look and feel and totally the wrong colour than the picture. Not a slight difference, which you may expect, but a totally different colour shoe and laces.
As a registererd UK company I could go down the Trading Standards route but I haven’t the energy.
Advertised as a UK company but they came from China. Need I say more.
Will never shop with Rowan again. Disgraceful.

AWFUL company fruadulant took a lot of money from me for items that are cheap made overseas. Nothing like they describe and show on the website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Now they won’t give my money back either and want me to accept less than a third refund back of what I originally paid for these cheap shoes. Complete scammers!

Fake advertising, non orthopedic, no size on the shoe. Not wide fit as advertised. Took 3 weeks to arrive.
Floppy upper, soft cloth like sole. No support what so ever. Cheaply glued together material. £55

DO NOT BUY from this company. I ordered some 'wide fitting' sandals for my 90 year old Mum. Price was £29.99.
After a lengthy wait and several emails enquiring where my order was they finally arrived. Horrible cheap plastic, allegedly a size 5 but tiny, they also had a strange smell! I should have read previous reviews as it would be a complete waste of time and money attempting to send them back to China for a refund.

Terrible quality and customer service is awful.

I cancelled a pair of shoes in an order I placed in June - this was acknowledged by Rowan the same day and they said the shoes were no longer on my order and I would be refunded. Over ten weeks later I have still not received my money back despite an exchange of emails and I have little faith that they will ever do so. Avoid this dishonest company! I feel so cheated .......

Received my order on Monday on looking at these sandals they are very lightweight which I was glad about I haven’t worn them yet but I have had then inside of the house and seems comfortable

Wrong shoe size send. Received after 3 week wait. Customer service is shocking and non UK based. The quality of the shoe is awful and not as advertised.

I was very dubious having bought a pair of shoes from another very similar (if not the same) company. They came within a reasonable amount of time (about 2 weeks or so). My expectations weren't high and they weren't disappointed. Cheaply made but look nice. Moderately comfortable and I have weird feet. It's a shame because they are nice looking shoes but so cheap. If they upped the quality they could charge more and sell more.

Poor quality shoes from China they present themselves as if they were a top high street store far from it a shoe which is £6/9 pound at Temu. Don't waste your money I have been trying to get a return /refund I have had no response but they continue to send me offers to buy more crap.
