I never leave reviews but I felt I had to with my experience of Dickenson Chemist as it has been the most outstanding service.

I have a recent diagnosis for Classic Elhers Danlos Syndrome. The EDS website recommended LDN. My GP had told me I would not be able to get an NHS prescription for this.

I was very confused by the outset about ordering this. I read a review recommending Dickenson Chemist and the person said they had always had a really good experience.

I had called them multiple times with the most stupid of questions prior to my consultation and found their customer service always to be excellent. I felt I could really trust their service.

The consultation was very good experience and if I had any questions that I could have raised them. I was given the information I needed to start this course of treatment. I was a very anxious customer!

I emailed a question very late Sunday evening and the email was responded to shortly after 8am Monday morning with someone that sounded very human.

The order was completed late on Sunday and I got my medication on Wednesday so I am very happy with the delivery time.

They have been one of the best retail experiences I have found in a very long time. We are not used to paying outside the standard fee for prescriptions in the UK so it all seemed very strange to me and I was baffled from the outset about where to begin.

I'm happy with the pricing structure also. It seems really reasonable, I had no idea how much something like this would cost so I was anxious that it would be far more expensive than what it turned out to be.

Easy to order, fast despatch and good communication.

Im Really Pleased With The Service I Received When Joining The Weight Loss Clinic. It Was Super Easy To Join Using The Online Form. I Feel All Important Questions Were On The Form Relating To What I Was Signing Up For Which Made Me Feel Safe & At Ease. The Consultation From The Prescriber Was Also Very Helpful And Answered All Questions I Had. I'm Excited To Begin My Mounjaro Journey Using This Service Dickon Chemist Provides.

Would have had a 5 only took a while to come. My address didn't show up on their system which a lovely lady explained to me when she rang to apologise. Soon rectified and arrived the next day. Very well dealt with. Thank you

Hyperbaric oxygen treatment. I used the chamber over a year ago to help long covid recovery and went back for more sessions after a setback. Claire looked after me, talked me through everything again since it had been so long since my last session and was lovely to deal with. All the team at Dicksons are super and so helpful.

AVOID. Staff in this pharmacy need urgent customer service training. They say one thing then do another. They have the temerity to try and blame you for their short comings. They will resort to calling you names in front of other customers, yes, you Mr Pharmacist. If you want a staff member who shouts you down on the phone and then tries to paint herself as a victim, then visit Dickson Chemist at Tollcross. Staff so contrary with their comments it’ll make your head spin. As for the “letterbox” delivery service that staff boldly offer - it transpires that when the package that they have created won’t fit through the letterbox the pharmacist will claim they don’t offer a “letterbox” delivery service!?! Appalling service. Abusive customer service. AVOID.

Went for first hyperbaric chamber today and was fantastic from start to finish. Really simple and professional. The clinician was really informative and had such a lovely manner making me feel totally at ease - she was a definite credit to Dicksons Chemist and will definitely be going again.
