Set up a direct debit to a magazine I didn't want without my consent - avoid!

After purchasing a subscription for my partners Christmas present he has only received one copy on time every month I have had to email the customer service team to complain. It has now got even worse as we now have not received the last two issues and they are refusing to respond to me

Absolutely dreadful company and avoid using them at all costs!!! I ordered from them and never received my goods. It took several emails to get a response only to be told they were out of stock. They’d quite happily keep your money and even after having agreed to refund they still haven’t so thankfully PayPal are sorting it through the resolution centre.
Non existent customer service and please just do yourself a favour and stay away from this company.

Absolute rip off company.
Happily take your money, then refuse to refund when they postpone events due to coronavirus.
Would not recommend these sharks.

Ended up arriving quickly! Still no answer from customer service but suppose they are very busy with this situation!

Advertised a discounted 12 month subscription for a magazine. 3 monthly issues in the magazine ceased. Despite assurances that a refund would be processed and would “take up to 2 weeks” it is now 3 weeks on and there is no refund d and they are not replying to emails. They attempted to transfer my subscription to another magazine without agreement before this.
Avoid at all costs !
Just had to telephone them. On hold for 10 minutes to be told 1, they are two weeks behind in replying to emails and 2 the refund was processed yesterday and would hit my account next week despite having an email from 16 days ago saying it had been done then! Blatantly untrue.
Two weeks on a refund yet to hit my account.

Always had positive interaction with Kelsey Media. They sent me a free copy of their Scandinavian issue (The Great Outdoors) which was issued later than expected and which I queried. They did not forget their promise and sure enough in September (instead of June) a copy arrived at my home address. I recently used their online ordering system again for single magazine purchases (The Great Outdoors) due to being in lockdown and not able to get out. Postage was free and my issues arrived super quick. Excellent service!
