Good value and fast delivery
I've bought DNP media packs and studio lights from DNP with excellent delivery services, clear product info and competitive pricing. BUT like everything to your research!
My studio lights where amazing value! But the GoDox branded radio triggers where 30% cheaper on Amazon...

Awful customer service
I own a photobooth company, and am a regular buyer of printers and paper/ink. I bought some DNP printers and media from them, but they were unable to process due to unexplained security reasons (even though the transaction was processed through PayPal), and have had to wait almost 1 month to get a refund. I had to call them up 4 times and spoke to various people. No-one seemed to know what was going on, and it was only my prompting that made them process the refund. Disappointed, will not be using again.

Appalling customer service
Recieved a batch of CTP-3010 media paper which was faulty (paper on roll the wrong way). We called several times to be told we would be called back, which never happened. After chasing over several days we were finally given a parcel tracking number and were left to chase the delivery ourselves.
Absolutely appalling customer service to leave a company who rely on being able to print images without any replacement paper or even an apology. If Photomart were not the only providers of this paper I would certainly never order from them again.

Receiving a faulty batch and then having to chase up a replacement, especially when your business depends on that paper, is unacceptable. We apologise that you were left to do the legwork. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.

We use Photomart all the time Awesome
We had to change all our printer's due to Sony paper going up in price. I spoke to Adam and he was very helpful and made choosing our new printer's very easy now we are saving money and the print quality is the same
