Abysmal now sorted
Abysmal. Only wanted some car shampoo. Collected by FedEx who have not delivered it. Tracking just shows out for deliver for the last 7 days. Cant contact fedex.
Whilst FedEx is the fault, you can only contact Stratstone via an online form and then they dont call back. Its their responsibility to deal with FedEx.
Update: completed the online form again but a slightly different one(?). This time e mail comes back and it is being sorted. So one star to 3.

I ordered some Jaguar XJ rubber floor…
I ordered some Jaguar XJ rubber floor mats, after a couple of days i never heard anything. I contacted the company by email and received a quick response back stating that the mats where ordered in, however on the day of my email to mats had already arrived at the dealer. A gentlemen named Steve stated he would get the mats out for delivery that day, to his word they arrived to me the next day. Thank you Steve.
