I ordered a Nico Robotica puppy for my granddaughter, it is nothing like the promotional video. It’s a cheap toy do not order!!! I’ve had numerous emails back and forth to no avail!! The return process is very difficult, and all they offered me is a £7 refund and £30 voucher which is if no use. They haven’t responded to my last email.. DO NOT PURCHASE

I just ordered 2 pillows and another one which came to c. 149.00 but my address is Ireland Dublin and it would not allow me to put in that it just was locked on Norfolk United Kingdom and the money went out of my account can you help me I’m D18 FW20 Dublin Ireland

I bought the anti-snore pillow at £37 plus postage which took it to approximately £40. In return for this I got a very poor quality zipped pillow stuffed with wadding and which I could have bought from any market. Additionally it really doesn’t work to eliminate snoring. My advice is don’t bother with it.

Ordered 2 pillows, absolutely full of craft shop stuffing, cheap and nasty stuff. And as for a refund process I have given up as voucher system says you have to spend £50+. Total scam.
Returnes address not recognised.

I purchased 3 titanium cutting boards.at a cost of £91.99. They took a month to arrive and when I took them out of the packaging I immediately got a cut on my hand, all the edges are sharp including the cut out handle, dangerous and inferior. They have not listened to my requests and only offer me £7 and a £40 voucher for use online in there store only. I just want a full refund for the dangerous goods and a return address to.send them.back . This company is not helpful in anyway.

The product looked so convincing in the advertisement but when it finally arrived it was cheap and horrible. I will give it to my granddaughter as intended but with a warning that sparks from the toy could possibly cause fire and it certainly doesn't do what it says on the box. Might just cause some amusement on Christmas morning. Apart from that it's a waste of money!

Recently bought a £39 pillow which was supposed to help with snoring (due to a memory foam core). When it arrived it was just a bog standard polyester pillow. Don't fall for all the hype. I have raised a refund claim on PayPal.

Purchased a pair of these pillows, mainly because my girlfriend has a neck problem and snores until she continually wakes herself up. She is also a poor sleeper.
She thinks these pillows are wonderful and although they will never cure her neck problem, the support and height of these pillows gives her some relief. I have noticed a considerable difference in her night time breathing and the snoring is 90% less than previous.
When the pillows arrived one of the covers had a small hole. A quick email and within a few days a complete replacement pillow was received, Thank you.
I must admit I was a bit sceptical at first but the improvement in my girlfriends sleeping patterns is proof enough for me that these pillows do have benefits that can improve the quality of sleep.

I had to contact the Customer Service Team, who were very polite and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently.

My 2 pillows were delivered by the courier Yodel no email to say getting delivered or email to say had been delivered, yodel say I never left email address with company which I did as get emails from them.
My parcel was left at front door for everybody to see, and only reason I knew had been delivered as messaged the company so it has disappeared. Was advised to contact yodel which I done after 2 weeks of emailing backwards and forwards, 6/7 weeks later still not sorted.
The company were willing to send out new pillows if I left a 5 star review which I refused to do, did offer if I paid a further delivery, but my main issue is I’m £75 down for two pillows but they aren’t getting in touch with courier company to request my refund and offering me a £7 refund as there losing out, eh the one losing out is me they have received there £75 do not sure how that works and refund comes from courier company. 6/7 weeks still trying to sort issue out.
Emails have went from one a day to every 2/3 days usually the 3.

Purchased these items and to my surprise i have seen an improvement in my oral health over the past two weeks,looking forward to further progress only time will tell.

I ordered a anti snor pillow from yooji they took money,but I haven't received the pillow really disappointed,I paid with PayPal how can I get my money back

I ordered 2 pillows only wanted one I emailed them and said I couldn’t afford 2as I’m a pensioner they were very obliging and said if I only want one they would refund me the other one they are very considerate and very helpful first rate customer service

The carrier messed up and didn't deliver my parcel but yooje sorted it out and has promised a new delivery ASAP. Can't fault the company and will buy from again

Absolutely do not order otherwise you will be sorry !

Don’t say you were not warned quality is so bad that they don’t work at all.

I recently placed an order, but changed my mind. I contacted Customer Services to cancel. Although they tried to persuade me not to cancel, they did eventually do so. The refund was received promptly.

Fraudulent company. Don't buy!!! I bought their 2x anti-choking devices and realised they are not MHRA compliant so I immediately got in touch within a few hours of ordering to cancel them. They told me that they've shipped out the product and it was too late to cancel the order. An utter LIE, of course. Anyway, the product arrived one week later from CHINA. I got in touch again, stating they are non-compliant with MHRA standards. In return, they sent a German TÜV SÜD certificate. I was still not convinced and insisted on returning them to receive a full refund. 6 emails later, they're still trying to offer a partial refund (initially a £3 refund, to now a £6 refund), stating difficulty and costly international return costs. Like they're doing me a favour! What a complete SCAM of a company. The reviews here are all true. They'll try everyting to prevent you from sending the products back and getting your money back. DO NOT BUY!
