Very happy with the service I was given, items arrived on time. Customer services were very efficient and always responded to my queries.

I ordered a choking rescue device for £32.89 including postage.
When item arrived it was just cheap plastic and clearly not fit for purpose.
Contacted Yooje immediately and demanded a full refund as I wanted to return the item free of charge as is their obligation. They refused to accept this and demanded I pay post and package recorded delivery to China costing me £22 which they refused to reimburse.
Please be warned. Do not trust this company as they are fraudsters selling fake goods.
PayPal stepped into resolve this issue and having investigated they reimbursed me the full £32.89.
I will NEVER use this company again.

My pillows were not what I expected but correspondence with company was good, they were polite and I’m getting a partial refund and keeping the pillows

Like several others I ordered 2 pillows at £75 each over 6 weeks ago and they still have not arrived, I've emailed them to ask where my order is but had no replies. This is a fake company please be careful before ordering anything

I didn’received the ordered object probably becouse arrived when i was out !!

I ordered 2 pillows over 4 weeks ago payment was taken however no order confirmation and no pillows.
I am no getting a reply from my emails and 3 of them were returned as non deliverable.
I am now waiting for my credit card company to refund me.

I ordered two pillows from Yooje October 1st 2025. have not arrived by October 11th. money gone from account but no goods. No communication from them either.

This company is good for customer service. I ordered the wrong size and they dealt with my query very quickly. Overall, would buy from them again. I would just be more careful and ensure I order the correct size first. Thank you for your help and time.

I only received one bra in a 2for 1 offer. I got in touch and I had filled the form in wrong, I clarified things with them and they agreed to send anoth one just for the postage price, which is fair enough.

Once again I would like to alert any potential customer of this company.
Their mission statement is "Satisfy every customer is our unswerving pursuit of the Goal"
It should be " Every customer is an opportunity to avoid refunding the customer if not satisfied!!"
If the goods are sent from the UK WHY do they insist on goods being sent back to China at a great expense. Because it puts people off from returning to China in the certainty that they will istead accept a voucher for £20 to spend agin with them.

I bought a pair of shoes that were too small so the company said they would send out another pair the right size and to keep the shoes I had a very good experience with this company

Order came on time unfortunately didn't fit me I enquired to return and they were very accommodating in finding the beat solution. Great sellers!

Although this is advertised as Yooje.uk, you need to know that the goods may be shipped from a warehouse in the UK, but if you are wanting to return them, they will insist on express postage abroad which you will have to pay for. This is a form of blackmail. So make sure you really like the goods.

I returned two pairs of shoes to China which were too big. It cost me over £20 to return them. They offered me £10 less than the cost of the shoes which they said was in their returns policy. They do not deserve any trade whatsoever, please do not order anything from this company.

Do not buy from this company they just rip you of the sandals are not worth 10 p never mind 40.00pounds. Not leather all plastic . They don't refund you give you a false address to send they bac , that's after you mother them for a return address . Cost me £28.00 to return . Still got nothing back . They allso keep changing the name of company

This company is NOT UK based so do not be fooled by the email or the address that comes on the packaging. I agree support answer emails quickly but never with in the info you want from them. I am in the process of trying to return the second pairs of shoes sent out for a delivery fee to replace the first lot. Cheaply made and not worth the money being charged. Returns insurance was taken and yet they say I will have to pay returns. Tired of all this back and forth but I will not return at my expense. Wish I had never come across this site. The good reviews about this company I have no doubt are due to the fact that you are asked to write a 5 star review in order to get them to right the wrongs they made by saying for a fee they will redeliver if you write a 5 star review here. Crooks is all I can say.

Very happy with the help I got from Yooje. Pity the shoes were in the wrong size - size 7 and I require size 8. They are lovely looking shoes. Very quick at answering messages informing me what to do. Now if I send them £13.98 I will get two new pairs of shoes - I do not need to return them.
