Fraudulent company. Don't buy!!! I bought their 2x anti-choking devices and realised they are not MHRA compliant so I immediately got in touch within a few hours of ordering to cancel them. They told me that they've shipped out the product and it was too late to cancel the order. An utter LIE, of course. Anyway, the product arrived one week later from CHINA. I got in touch again, stating they are non-compliant with MHRA standards. In return, they sent a German TÜV SÜD certificate. I was still not convinced and insisted on returning them to receive a full refund. 6 emails later, they're still trying to offer a partial refund (initially a £3 refund, to now a £6 refund), stating difficulty and costly international return costs. Like they're doing me a favour! What a complete SCAM of a company. The reviews here are all true. They'll try everyting to prevent you from sending the products back and getting your money back. DO NOT BUY!

Ich habe schon mehrmals bei WMBRA bestellt. Die Artikel waren immer wie beschrieben. Man merkt sie nicht am Körper. Auch der Preis ist in Ordnung. Als ich eine Fehlbestellung machte, wurde mir ein kostenloser Ersatz angeboten. Ich bin begeistert.

I ordered 2 pillows to assist my partner with his snoring and sleep apnoea issues. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order as he had already purchased similar pillows elsewhere. Despite customer services trying to persuade me to change my mind, after several emails and proof of purchase being sent to them, they refunded my payment in full immediately. I can only give my star rating based on customer service and not on quality of the product as I had cancelled it before despatch.

If I could leave a minus star rerview I would! I purchased 2 of the ultrasonic 360 toothbrushes at a cost of £65.39. I felt reassured that the site offered a 30 day guaranteed refund, but when they arrived and proved to be useless, on contacting customer services to arrange a return and refund, they have just taken me round in circles, asking for videos and other 'evidence' and not allowing me to return them or providing me with the promised refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A FAKE COMPANY, WITH FAKE GOODS AND FAKE REVIEWS.

Ordered an Antichoking device after seeing a Facebook article and advert and worrying about my granddaughter choking. It was not the genuine LifeVac and had a torn information sheet and what looked like black hairs in the package. There was no return address in spite of paying a fee for returning when I purchased it. I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering as the company are making it difficult to return. I have now read Government guidelines on Anti Choking devices and realise this is a product which could be dangerous. DO NOT BUY

Yooje delivered my order and replaced a part that had been broken in transit.

Ordered x2 abti choking devices, asked to return how do I go about it as no paperwork or return labels ( person purchased them for had already bought some).
I was told the label on the parcel not return address( that is why I contacted them in the first place.
Then informed shipping cost would be too high so offered £5 refund and voucher for £30 . Why shipping cost if UK based?
Anyway I looked then at reviews of the items and wish I had read them before.
Company go on about trying to do right by the customer but I feel that this is not the case - I just want my money refunded not a voucher to have to purchase some cheap poorly made rubbish. Never will I purchase from them again

Customer service is quick and efficient.

Whilst I cannot comment on the quality of the goods that I originally ordered but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances I can only say how pleased I am with the friendly and prompt manner in which my cancellation request was dealt with.

Do not order!!! I purchased the anti choking device after seeing an advert on Facebook that put pressure on me to buy it to keep my child safe. I read bad reviews and asked to cancel 12 hours later. They asked me 3 times not to cancel and that they would give me a free gift if I didn’t. They then took my money and said it was now too late to cancel!! The item then arrived and the cheap plastic was damaged. I am now going through PayPal to try and get the money back. Sickening that they are scamming worried parents with products that would waste your time if your child was choking!!!!

Order Anti-Snoring Pillows unfortunately I wasn't taken into hospital and wasn't able to receive the parcel... The companies customer services were very prompt, polite and understanding ready to do their upmost to solves the situation and dealt with it satisfactory manor. Would the the company again.

I requested to cancel my order pretty soon after making it and the customer service was really good. Very polite and cancelled it and refunded me quickly.

HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR AGES FOR THE TWO PILLOWS ANTI SNORING ONES! AFTER EMAILS AND SAYING THAT THEY TOOK MY £70+ POUNDS STRAIGHT AWAY,EVENTUALLY THEY ARRIVED AND I HAD HI HOPES, NEEDLESS TO SAY HE'S STILL SNORING AS AM I! SO IT ISN'T WORKING SO IN THE MEANTIME PAYPAL REFUNDED MY MONEY AND THEN,WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS THEY WERE ON AT ME TO PAY BACK THE MONEY, NOW TWO WEEKS HAVE GONE BY AND STILL NOT WORKING 😕! THEN I RECIEVED AN EMAIL TODAY TO ASK FOR THE MONEY BACK 😑 I'VE TOLD THEM THEY AREN'T WORKING AND THEY SAID NEEDS MORE TIME! AND THEY ARE TRYING TO GET THEIR HANDS ON THE MONEY 💰! Some issue with 30TB external hard drives. The seller is very helpful and accommodating in resolving the problem. Thank you for the help. Joe
