Bought a pair of shoes, did not fit so asked for a return address as per their policy. Have been offered a £30 voucher, and after much aggravation was given a return address in Shanghai. This is one reply.. "First of all, I would like to make a statement that the address on the parcel is not our return address, please be aware of that" I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,

The shoes to tight wouldnt refund🤬 instead offered my discount on other goods, i refused as id spent £53 , now they have refund to me £4 🤬 disgusting absolutely disgusting, would not touch these thieves again.

If I had known the address for return, at my expense, was in China I would never have bought from this company. I have just paid £11.99 for a tracked return! They need to be more transparent at point of sale. Their shoes sizes are tiny. I take a UK 6, ordered a 7 and still too small. I hope it doesn't take 10 more emails to get my refund as it took several to eventually get the return address. Very aggravating.

Returned to Yooje refused entry into China by Customs as return address didn’t exist

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this company,. On arrival, they were really small so I couldn't wear them. Can't find any way of getting in touch with them, email address not working, no phone number in UK to call. Wish I had read reviews first, this seems to be a scam, I don't know how people have managed to contact them. As a pensioner, I really can't afford to throw away this money.
Have just received reply from yooje, offering replacement for a 5 star review. Told them where to stick it!

I ordered a pair of shoes and like another of your reviewers, I was offered a different size. When I said I had paid £2.99 insurance they said it was not for refunds! Then I asked for a return address their reply said it isn't worth sending them back as it would cost too much in postage. They offered me a £20 discount coupon. Of course I would never buy from them again!
They cost me £ 36.88 for nothing - I will give them away to a charity shop. This company should be put on a black list.

Although the bras I ordered were unsuitable I received excellent customer service in returning them and obtaining a refund.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTE SHOCKING ITEMS AND NO CHANCE OF A REFUND. I ordered a pair of shoes paid on top a shipping fee plus return insurance. Shoes were rubbish quality and wrong size. Emailed for a refund and still emailing back and forth. I do not believe I will get a refund. This company is soo dodgy. The 5 star reviews are false. People are being forced to give a 5 star review in exchange for a refund. They asked me to do this but I refused. I honestly can’t believe how dodgy this company is. Please do not order from them.

Lovely shoes but the fit was too tight. Delivery was not too long.

Ordered a bra, they charged more than the original price, added in refund insuranc on top. Bra was flimsy and didn’t fit , I asked for return info and they tell you returns are too expensive. They offered me to keep the bra (which was useless to me ) and refund me £2! Paid nearly £60 direct with them and the same bra is £7 on Amazon. They then asked me to leave them an 5 star review! Avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and the wrong size was delivered. I have repeatedly requested a refund and asked how to return the shoes as the website is no longer working. They reply quickly but they have not helped me to return the items, instead quoting high shipping costs to myself. Instead they tried to bribe me, by asking me to write a five star review, screen shot it, send it back to them and then they would send out new shoes in the correct size. This may account for the number of other 5 star reviews! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Although the item was too small, customer services were very efficient and helpful. They are sending a bigger size . Their quick response to emails was much appreciated- thankyou

Ordered a couple of items which weren't suitable. Emailed the company and came to an agreement for reordering. Quick replies to my emails and were understanding.

Ordered 3 pair of shoes unfortunately I had to return them. The company were brilliant offered me vouchers but I requested a refund which was paid back into my account within 5 working days. Answered all my emails straight away and extremely polite and helpful. Thank you so much to your customer care services

We had a great experience.
The shoes I ordered were the wrong size but you quickly rectified that problem by replacing the order with the correct size.

Excellent five star rating for customer service
They agreed to replace unwanted items and was told to keep the existing ones which I will donate to charity on their behalf

I ordered a pair of women’s slip on shoes, they appear to be of good quality and are good value for money.
I had to contact them regarding shoe size as they had sent the wrong size, they responded very quickly and said that there was an issue with the size chart and would send a replacement.
Really good customer service.
