I ordered a pair of women’s slip on shoes, they appear to be of good quality and are good value for money.
I had to contact them regarding shoe size as they had sent the wrong size, they responded very quickly and said that there was an issue with the size chart and would send a replacement.
Really good customer service.

They sent me 3prs shoes size 5uk however when they arrived they were size 36 which were of course too small as they should of been 38. Contacted them to return but they said it was too much hassle to return them just to keep them and they would issue me a voucher to replace them. I thought how nice until I realised I still had to pay £40 then postage which amounted to exactly what I paid originally. Proper crooks as previous lady said. Wish I'd read the reviews first will next time. Stay away from them.

shoes are great, need to be careful with order size. But they are comfortable and look great. arrived in time and return was affected easily and quickly. All good.

Well they have just arrived right size this time. Have had a load of hassle so won’t order from them again.

Ordered 2 pairs of soft shoes recently. Service was very good, received my order within a week. The shoes are super comfortable and soft. I suffer from painful feet, plantar fasciitis, and these shoes having been amazing. Apart from being soft, they are padded inside which makes walking a pleasant experience. You could walk all day in these. I ordered the black and cream, with a discount. I’m going to order the navy too. I definitely recommend the shoes, especially if you have painful feet

Same as the other reviewers wrong size sent no refund and exorbitant return shipping cost, total scam company

The sizing was completely off. They said I could pay approx 10 US dollars for correct size. The material was not as represented and I said no I would send the item back. They offered me 3 different amounts to keep them which amounted to a refund of approximately 11 US dollars (that was the most) and a credit for 20$ for their store. I said I would pay the 10$ to return the shoes. Now it was they have to go to Hong Kong for 40$. I contacted my credit card company to deal. Please avoid this company at all costs. Complete ripoff in every sense of the word

They sent the wrong size. Offered a £20 voucher which was less than the price of the shoes. The cost of returning was as expensive as the shoes. Putting down to a really bad experience. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering as it seems this is a common occurrence. Will never use this company again,

These are a bunch of money grabbing crooks.
They sent two pairs of shoes the wrong size, they’re insisting that a size 38EU is a 7UK the emails I’m receiving regarding a return/refund are appalling.
I am a pensioner with very little money to spare.if anyone can help me get a refund please let me know

and I am enjoying wearing my knitted shoes which are extremely comfortable.

Ordered a couple of items which weren't suitable. Emailed the company and came to an agreement for reordering. Quick replies to my emails and were understanding.

The bra I ordered wws not supportive (as advertised) so I returned. Customer service was good.

Please don’t buy from this Chinese company. The 5* reviews have been paid for. This is why there is a tick box to let them know you’ve left it.
Even when you do return goods to them they are reluctant to hand over your refund. Received my return and two weeks later I’ve had to nudge them again.

I purchased two bras which was to small, Contacted customer service and they responded very quickly. they offed a cash refund which we accepted,I will be ordering from you in the near future.
The quality of the goods was excellent.

The bras I ordered were lovely quality unfortunately the fit was terrible these bras are not suitable for the larger breasted lady they have absolutely no support.The size guide they give you is not suitable for the size you need.Trying to return these bras was a nightmare I was told once I had given feedback as to why I wanted to return them I would get a return address label .This is untrue they sent me the address which is in China had I known this I would never have ordered them. I am about £30 out of pocket this has not been a good experience

Excellent communication. The bras were too small even though we followed the size guide. Howevr replacement has been supplied on acceptable terms. We all know that mistakes do happen but it is the way they are dealt with that matters. Hopefully the replacements will fit.

I ordered a couple of items and they were great so I ordered more. Unfortunately two of these came in the wrong colour. But the customer care staff were great and are sending me two free replacements. Hopefully all will be right when they arrive!
