Titan recliner sofas : very uncomfortable the cushioning is thin, they look good though.

I bought the 2 seater Roma sofa with the centre console and a matching recliner chair. Both of them are really comfortable and look great. The value for money was a big part too and there is no trade off with the savings, as the standard of quality is fantastic.

I would especially like to highlight the customer service department, which went above and beyond to keep me informed, gave me options and reached out to me before I ever felt the need to contact them. This is rare these days.

The delivery service was great, too. Having someone set everything up and take away all the boxing is a massive help. But, the best part is that they will take away your old sofa, which is a service that is becoming harder to find with the company selling sofas now.

All in all, I would highly recommend this company. In fact, I already have recommend them to my neighbour already.

Sofa finally arrived after a few issues that were dealt with in a timely manor, however,
The phone chargers on the sofa do not work in a phone, they do however charge my gimble if I use the usb charger, the c charger does not work, nor does the switch on the left sofa, it does nothing so why is it there.
I reported the problems as soon as I received the sofa and my calls have been totally ignored so I’m left with the problems.
It feels a little like take ya money and run, not good customer service guys, you could have done better, at least return my calls.

Shop was brilliant deliver drivers where excellent.

Lads were super efficient, ridiculously friendly. In and out no bother quick and easy.

Quick delivery. Reasonable price. Good quality and sturdy leather two and a three piece suite. Very happy customer. Will use Heavenly Sleep again.

Overall, the most outstanding aspect of my experience was the exceptional service provided by the installer, Marvin, and his colleague. Their professionalism and dedication during the delivery and installation of the couch were truly first class.

While communication from the administrative team was lacking, Marvin and his colleague handled these challenges with remarkable efficiency and ensured everything was resolved smoothly. I am extremely grateful for their efforts and cannot thank them enough for their excellent support.

Ordered our new bed from heavenly sleep as they had lovely colour / material options. Customer service was extremely helpful as I wanted clarification on material. Went with Alice king size bed. Fast delivery and bed was easily assembled. Delighted!

Such good prices and really polite staff. We had a delay shipping to the uk from Ireland due to the rough seas. However they kept us updated and our sofas was only delayed a few days. Very pleased with the quality and would absolutely shop with them again.

Came across this business while on looking for a new sofa after having a dfs one for ten plus years , the sofas available where all amazing and very brilliant prices i finally decided to buy the knox version ordered it on a Tuesday and come Thursday it was arranged for the next available delivery day, the sofas arrived with two amazing and kind delivery men who helped get them to the room and build them and all i can said is wow i was not expecting the high standards and quality of sofas i received i was weiry with ordering them off a website before seeing them (which you can in their show room) but o my god i am ever so pleased i did bite the bullet and order them , i definitely recommend this company for anyone out there looking a new sofa

I got Ashbyrne red leather 3 and 2 recliner, this is like a cinema style sofa it has hot and cold buttons for your drinks! Product is amazing value and amazing quality. Susan was very helpful and friendly from start to finish I actually got my sofa 2 days later! There was 2 drivers luke and ryan and they assembled it, took away all the rubbish which was a great relief, I could not have asked for better service it was fantastic. I will buy again!!

Got a sofa delivered today from heavenly sleep, the sofa is amazing, so comfy and so beautiful. The staff at Heavenly sleep are so helpful and lovely, ordered my sofa and it was delivered the next day. Prices are amazing also, would definitely recommend heavenly sleep !!!

I bought the knox sofa it has speakers, it is amazing quality. The office staff are very friendly, Susan was the most help, kept me up to date with everything was lovely. The drivers that delivered were so friendly and helpful I will be recommending

My sofas came in excellent condition, they kept my informed and up to date on my delivery as it was being processed, my delivery driver Aamir was extremely friendly and helpful, even taking the empty packaging away for me and assembling the sofa for me, couldn’t of asked for anyone better, very happy with my order.

Pleasant experience from start to finish, lady on the phone was friendly and helpful, we were kept in the loop regarding information about delivery. The delivery drivers Ameer and Mustafa were also super friendly and they got the job done quickly and efficiently, and lastly the sofa is lovely we are very pleased. Definitely recommend!

I have purchased sofa-bwd in July 2025. It was delivered with three defects. I reported the issues to customer support; I was told that a responsible person would contact me, but this never happened. In order to make the sofa usable, my husband carried out basic repairs himself. Even so, the comfort and build quality are very poor: the sleeping section has an extremely thin layer of padding and it sinks immediately, forming a dip like a hammock when you sit or lie down. Overall, a very disappointing experience, both in terms of the product and the after-sales support.

Marvin and James were fab with the delivrry, super helpful in carrying the sofa up 2 flights if stairs. Very happy.
