I love this live stream platform! not only am I a host/vendor. I’m also a shopper not only is this a great place to get luxury items at a great deal. I’ve also developed so many amazing friendships from all over the world with the most amazing ladies. There is nothing like shopshops out there.

Prices of the bags that i have bought from shopshops, most of the host (especially Mumu) are great and treats the buyers with respect.

One word - disgraceful! How do people get away with this sort of trading. Ive been looking at ShopShops for sometime now, and it looked pretty genuine. Until I made my purchase 1.5 weeks ago - giving them time send the goods for a special event I’m attending on 6 Dec. I bought 1 x Chanel Bag, and 1 x pair Chanel earings, a total cost of over $6,000.00! A week after the purchase they cancelled the order for earings, saying that they were no longer available and the refund would appear in my account within 10 business day. Today 25 Nov, I received another cancellation without explanation that they cancelled my order for the bag, again that the money would appear in my account within 10 business working days. So for over a month they have my $6k and I have no bag or earrings to wear to the event, nor do I have the money to buy them again prior to the event. One other persons comment about this trader was ‘ if I could give Shopshops a minus 10 I would’…. I also agree. How is it OK for traders to do this, why are there no rule and regulations for these type of traders… for all I know they could be some sort of $$investment place and this is there scam!

Live online shopping that you can trust. All the items that they sell are great!

I was not happy with my recent purchase thru auction. I tried to have it cancelled but cannot be cancelled due to regulations… 👎🏻 customers should have the right to cancel purchases even if it’s from auction just like regular selling

What I don’t like is some of the people on that thing and look at their page they don’t speak some of them blocked me so I can’t find nothing from them and I don’t think that’s right up and shop with y’all for a few years now I don’t have a lot of money I’m 65 years old and I’m disabled. I try to spend something with every month out of my check. I hope they talk to some of your business and see what’s going on right now. I don’t want to say no names but they know who they is. Thank you.

I found Shop Shops about a year ago and have made over 90 purchases. I have not regretted one of them. I was able to buy some great designer items at a fraction of the original cost. Century 21 in New York has host selling items at there store. This makes it even better.

I’m glad that I was able to discover ShopShops a few years ago. I have purchased about 70+ items and I’m happy with every single purchases. I love my LV purse, and wallets. Also other name brands are available on ShopsShops. I’m a very happy customer so far of ShopsShops. All the hosts are really great, but I do have my favorites 🤩 I will be ordering and shopping from ShopsShops for a long time.

I never know shopping online can be this fun! By talking with the host live I felt i was in the store physically. The sales is good and i am able to get the bag I want for a really good deal~ will come back and shop again!!!

Great customer service to resolve a missing item from order. Easy and fast refund even though a couple weeks after delivery as I was out of town when box arrived. But one item missing and they were great in getting this resolved with a refund right away.

On the other hand, SS sent my purchase without the commercial invoice twice and FedEx had to resend it back to SS, which delayed me receiving it (it took over a month!). I have notified SS on both occasions: this mishap could’ve been easily avoided, especially if they had paid attention to my 1st email.

I purchased an MCM duffel bag after being told by the host the bag was leather. I specifically asked the host who said the bag was leather. When the bag was delivered, I discovered the bag is made of coated canvas. I have contacted customer service twice, but have received no response.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO SHIPPING UPDATES SUCKS. SOME OF THE SHOPS SUCK AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THEY ARE QUICK TO GET THE MONEY BUT SLOW ON ON ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND THE SHIPPING. IT STILL DOESN'T HAPPEN.

I made a purchase not to long ago and received full refund back as my parcel was lost in the process of delivery. But the customer service was very seamless and fast and I will be a return buyer!

Poshpink Stacy was so helpful and definitely found a great bag for me. This is the third awesome bag I have bought from her and she is excellent.

Customer service is terrible. Shopping takes super long and some of the vendors don’t disclose the call outs properly. Terrible refund policy when you don’t get what you describe. If you ask for a refund they ban you from shopping again

I have had good experience with most shops but a couple of shops having problems .
First one did not disclose there was a rip in leather of handbag and bag smells of smoke.
The other order is lost and have been getting the run around from Seel, insurance I’ve paid for all of my purchases .
