Part was reasonably priced , but delivery costs were high at £5 for a small part and took a long time to be delivered.

The lady handled my urgent invoice request with exceptional efficiency and professionalism. Although she had a bit of a struggle pronouncing my company name, **Viridian** (which gave us both a good laugh!), she remained positive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the call.

I can honestly say I have never received an invoice so quickly in my life. Her responsiveness, positive attitude, and outstanding customer service is what companies need.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wanted to make sure her excellent service was recognised.

Finally got the part after delay, seems I did not have my phone number and could not ship. The initial email went to spam, but after a few weeks SD should have contacted me instead of waiting on me. other than that thank you for having this old part.

Ordered a shower check valve and wasn't sure it was the right one when it arrived. Customer service more than happy to discuss and invited me to send comparison pictures of the one that needed replacing so they could go to manufacturer for advice.

Excellent customer service, when an item arrived damaged they got it replaced by their supplier immediately.

good service received shower next day as I paid extra for delivery.

Very fast and efficient order

Delivery was prompt.
Packaging could have been better though.

I sent a really obscure photo of a shower part (which every plumber told me wasn’t possible without the brand name).
Shower doctor told me the part, I ordered it and it fit which saved me £££ on getting new unit installed.
Very much recommended
